Cons:

Flood damage, construction, room alarm clocks all going off at midnight, told desk, he didn't seem to care that it woke me up both times. No free coffee, over priced starbucks not available until 0630. Lots of competition in that area, do better.

Pros:

Fantastic property and staff! The property is undergoing a full renovation to add to its already steller customer service and staff. Cristina Regis the General Manager manages this property well. Jeff the PM host knows the best places for dining and attractions.

Quiet & homey feeling.
Pros:

Kevin was really no r at the property. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons:

EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY!!
Pros:

Fantastic property and staff. Cristina the manager and Jeff at the desk are so welcoming and friendly. Property is located next to shops and restraunts. There is a Win Dixie across the street for easy access. I highly recommend this property for travel in the Orlando area.

Friendly Staff | Great Location | Spacious Rooms
Pros:

I stayed at the Courtyard Orland Lake Mary/North hotel in August for a business trip. My stay was fantastic! The customer service that I received from the entire staff was above and beyond. I interacted with Cristina the General Manager, Anthony, Mike, Ken and Lizette and everyone was super polite, friendly and treated me as a valued guest. I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi and they were both sparkling clean. My room was spacious and quiet. I had a balcony room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator and ice machines.
