Reasonable rate, Valet was good
The front desk staff was put off by any questions or communication.
I liked it was downtown, it was clean and it had a nice bar inside
I don’t understand how the rooms are so dull and basic to be paying so much per night. The one lady at the desk was so rude with my ESA animal and instead of saying something to me she was having all staff side eying my family and I and made us very uncomfortable considering it’s a service dog and I called prior to booking this hotel for our trip to Cleveland. I also didn’t like that we paid 55$ per night for parking and could only do valet which was annoying when we were on a trip there and didn’t like waiting and waiting when we felt we should have had the option to park ourselves if we wanted to. The beds we were in room 617 and the beds made the worst noise and not comfortable what so ever! Not to mention you have to get buzzed in but there was people who were able to get in that were clearly not actual guest and were allowed to use the bathroom which we felt was very unsafe especially because we noticed it ourselves when we came in very late and sat down in the lobby to take pictures. If you know you know downtown is flooded with a bunch of anybody so just turned us off! We really only booked there for the pool and never will I ever book there again !
I enjoyed the hotel bar but it needs to stay open later than 10PM.
The rooms were too small for the what you pay
Location was EXCELLENT from the theaters only a 4 min walk!! The hotel smells excellent as you come in like you're in the spa. Room was clean, beds were a little squeaky, but the bathroom light is so bright and awesome. Great service and stay. Would absolutely stay again and it was great for the price.
We did not pay for the $55 valet parking. We went around the backside of the hotel and used a ramp.
The beds kinda ... Or box springs maybe. A bit squeaky
Perfect location for seeing the plays, just a short walk to Playhouse Square.
The people
Nothing
It was beautiful & felt welcoming, I had high hopes walking in.
Dirty wash rags (that were folded as clean ones), lowest water pressure I have ever encountered at a hotel & the staff was rude.
Great, and liked the restaurant
Clean, comfortable and friendly!
Nothing told us they couldn’t accept none of my cards plus they didn’t take cash
Location
Room size and facilities inside the room, no microwave for a king room is a pain
I liked how comfortable the bed was
The pool did not look like the pictures and it was a bit dirty
