Relaxation was the key and it was achieved.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and concerned about satisfaction.

Cons:

The restroom at the pool needed some maintenance. Ceiling was dripping and the wall looks water damaged.

Fantastic stay. 10/10 would stay again.
Pros:

The property was extremely well managed and clean with every service I needed. Excellent hotel, I definitely would stay again.

Cons:

The room itself was an excellent price, but I did find the overnight parking to be a bit expensive. There also was no in room book with a list of attractions in the area, or a room service menu or anything.

Clean and comfortable, staff friendly but can use some improvements.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Mr. Alex was very friendly and informative upon arrival. The valet was quick upon requesting the vehicle.

Cons:

Valet was no where to be found upon arrival and cars were parked in the street. Took too much time to get vehicle in valet. Front desk experience went fairly quickly and efficiently but he did not provide us with our breakfast vouchers (I had to make a special trip back to get them). The room was called a suite but was only a larger room with plenty of empty unused space. The TV picture was all blue and not watchable and the bathroom sink dripped constantly. I have stayed here previously and always been happy but this time came up a bit short.

The location was great and the staff were courteous and professional.

Cons:

I took a shower early evening and the water was warm and never got hot. I took a shower during the next morning before check-out and the water was warmer.
Given the name of the hotel and the cost, a hot shower would have been appreciated.

Perfect minus the noisy kids next door!
Pros:

Everything met expectations, earned a free breakfast, room had a beautiful view over the city, and the location was easy to get to after our concert at Jacobs pavilion!

Cons:

Woke up around 2 am to kids hollering and being loud, maybe better sound proofing?
