Would recommend this hotel 100%…and will definately stay here again
Pros:

It was very clean… the staff was great. Loved the room .Right in the middle of Cleveland.

Cons:

The afternoon we went to hang at the pool. Couldn’t be in there because of clumps of hair floating around in it …

You will get better service at a Red Roof Inn
Pros:

Only good thing here is the Maintenance Staff and Housekeeping; which is the last thing you care about. Yours Truely next door is nice! They do a professional job.

Cons:

The Restaurant is a complete disaster. I stopped eating dinner there years ago due to food quality, but it's the worse service and full of White Supremacy; they all hate Caucasian people, and now this has over flown to the Front Desk. I would recommend the Hilton Garden or Drury Hotel (best hotel downtown).

Pros:

Pool was excellent. Hot tub was nice. Front desk staff was good however when the pool door wouldn't open at 8am the front desk woman informed me I would have to wait until "engineering" arrived @ 10am. I said that's not acceptable and the gentleman behind the desk walked me to the pool and opened the door for me. Thank you.
Breakfast was very good. Dinning staff was friendly and excellent.

Location was excellent. Size of the room was great. Most of the staff were extremely nice

Cons:

I appreciate that they let us check in early but my room wasn't the cleanest. Sheets were very wrinkled and so was the blanket like they didn't change the sheets just made the bed. Two rolls of toilet paper both opened and used. Mud on chair. When I asked for more towels they gave them to me but told me that they had no washcloths. Had problems at check in
