So close to the action and great value.
Pros:

Mr. Alex was very personable and informative. We walked to the theater. Great bed!

The clock was incorrectly set. There was no hot water, and there was something left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest.

the room was very spacious and clean

Cons:

we woke up with no hot water. when we checked out at 630 am i asked for a discount and the lady said they aren't giving discounts due to it being out of their control. i had an intimate medical procedure to go to and was not able to take a shower and it made me feel very self conscous. i think the least they could have done was give a discount. we are very unhappy with how the situation was handled especially considering that we paid $150 for the room and an additional $55 for parking. needless to say we will not be choosing this hotel in the future.
