Excellent location and very clean.
Pros:

The location was great. You can walk to all the attractions.

Cons:

It was pretty expensive and you have to pay for parking.

Pros:

Dinner was good, breakfast was just average. The coffee was awful, undrinkable.

Cons:

Didn't like not being provided a continental breakfast. Breakfast was $15.00. We did complain and were given vouchers.

Overall was good.
Pros:

Location was perfect for events in Cleveland, Parking nearby was reasonable price. The lobby and pool are in a great condition with a functional hot tub. Rooms overall was super clean and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast included only for two adults per room (kids was not included !) and the beds seems to be put on some weird box with metal pieces that catch your leg.

No me gustó el trato del personal, rozando lo grosero. Nos cambiaron la reserva, habíamos reservado una habitación con dos camas Queen size y, sabiendo que íbamos cuatros (dos adultos y dos adolescentes), nos pusieron en una habitación con cama de matrimonio y dos camas supletorias en pésimas condiciones (mi hijo prefirió dormir en el sofá antes que en la cama supletoria). Excusa de problemas con las cañerías pero la realidad es que se les fue de las manos las reservas por el partido amistoso de Brasil-Egipto que se jugaba ese fin de semana.

Overall it was a good stay and great location and was clean and staff were very kind and helpful

I really enjoy the pool and hot tub and found our room to be clean.

Cons:

I dont understand why when I booked for 3 people to stay in the room why we only recieved breakfast vouchers for two people when I paid extra to add it on I feel it should have been for each person. The parking you mine as well pay for valet because we self parked thinking it would save us but it was literally 50 dollars and we spent one night. There should be a discount for doing self parking but 4 dollars you mine as well just pay for valet and save yourself the trouble.
