Great location and comfy bed with nice pillows
Pros:

The location is great - very close to the Natural History museum and the tube. The room was small but comfortable. The. At room was outstanding and large.

Cons:

There outlets to plug things in don’t work well for foreigners with adapters and plugs- they are too close to the immovable bed slide table.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable attentive friendly staff.
Pros:

I booked this hotel as I was going to the Royal Albert Hall and needed somewhere close. The room was quirky and the bed and pillows both comfortable. Facilities within the room were very good, free refreshments and snacks. The staff were all very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The room was compact, I was travelling alone but would have really struggled if I had been with someone else. The wardrobe as almost inaccessible without moving the bedside table.

The best of London !
Pros:

Un îlot de calme dans Londres … une terrasse sympa dans notre chambre… une chambre cosy… un lobby design et un ascenseur très très vert !
Un quartier hyper bien situé et très bien desservi par les transports. Un restaurant allemand (et oui !) top dur Exhibition road !

Cons:

Franchement rien ! Si il faut donner un point d’amélioration ce serait : mettre un miroir plus grand et moins haut dans la salle de bain !

Pros:

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon and we enjoyed it very much! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel was quite fun and different from what we are used to!

Καθαριότητα. Θέση ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Δεν καταλαβαίνω την εμμονή να έχει και μπανιέρα και ντουζιέρα το μπάνιο, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δυσανάλογα μεγάλο το μπάνιο και απελπιστικά μικρό το κυρίως δωμάτιο.

Great location, room could have been better
Pros:

Location was excellent and the happy hour is a genuine one, with well made cocktails.

Cons:

Bedroom was small, seemed cramped at times, especially if you have luggage in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was very soft and sank down low when you sat on it.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat für Londonder Verhältnisse eine angenehme Größe. Das Badezimmer ist größer als zu erwarten. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer ist etwas ungleichmäßig. Eine Steckdose beim Bett hat nicht funktioniert.
