Not 5 star..possibly 3!
Pros:

This hotel is listed as 5 star but in reality it's closer to 3 star.
Our room was tiny with an almost unusable wardrobe due to it's proximity to the bed.
Breakfast was ok but nowhere near 5 star standard, same for the wine choices in the bar which had 3 choices of poor quality expensive wine with a barman who didn't know how to use a corkscrew!I
We have stayed in various 5 star hotels in London and this is way below the standards elsewhere.
We won't be back!

Stylish and centrally located
Pros:

Well situated, stylish accommodation. Room was fairly small but well appointed. Front of house staff were excellent

Cons:

Soap dispenser wasn’t working properly. I’m not sure entirely if the room was quite worth the premium over a basic room.

Pros:

Superb location for visiting major museums and the Royal Albert Hall, just a few minutes away. Situated in a quiet side street and very convenient to South Kensington underground station.
A large bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For one night it’s great
Pros:

Was clean nice staff good location heated floor in bathroom very nice

Cons:

The wardrobe you could only open on one side as side table block it and not much room for clothes but fine for one night

Took an extra charge of £50 which I wasn't aware of but got back on check out. Towels and bed linen weren't clean.

Cons:

The only inconvenience I experienced was the power outlets near the bed - because of the the furniture very close to the outlet it was hard to use it with the eu adapter

La posizione, l'acqua fornita ogni giorno gratuitamente dallo staff insieme ad altri snack e la pulizia

Cons:

Il costo eccessivo rispetto alla dimensione della stanza, agli arredi della hall e alle esigue dimensioni delle parti comuni dell'hotel. Di fatto non è mai possibile sedersi nella hall perché coincide con la sala colazioni, o viene usata per consumazioni a pagamento (bar / ristorante).
