Nice hotel in a good location, close to South Kensington tube station and museums, in the 'French quarter' of London.
The room was small but attractive and well appointed. The air conditioning was brilliant.
I did not use the restaurant as there are so many other options locally.

If there was one thing I realised I needed was a mirror to sit and do makeup and hair.
Lots of mirrors in the suite but not next to sockets or a chair and the ones in the bathroom were too high for me to see in them
However did not ruin the stay at all and would still book the suite again

Arty hotel ! Air conditioning was good ! Room was small but bathroom had good shower etc excellent location relaxed ambiance only complaint from my husband was no fried egg at breakfast!

Rooms are too small
We stayed 5 nights and took the Squint Penthouse and 2 Deluxe doubles. All rooms were clean and comfortable, with a quirky edge and had everything you could need. They all have a bathtub (important for me) and a shower. Quirky and fun and a great location. Great aircon during the heatwave. Nice staff and we would definitely stay again.
The hotel experience and the Squint Penthouse were really amazing, but f I had to say something it would be that there is no long mirror in the suite, which was difficult when staying 5 nights, and one of the toilet seats was too small for the actual toilet, which was little uncomfortable. Possibly some of the furniture was a little tired but overall it was amazing, comfortable, clean and unique, and the room exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some more vegetables as an option, but overall it was good.

Stayed here for a three night break with my wife. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of South Kensington just a 5 minute walk from the underground station. We stayed here during the recent heatwave and thankfully the hotel had great air conditioning that was on all the time. We had breakfast in the hotel each morning which was very tasty. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. If it wasn't so hot we would have explored the area more but will do next time. Very nice place to stay for a break in London.

I was lucky enough to book one of the rooms with a hot tub. Had a very relaxing evening watching the football from the comfort of the spa. Very generous room size for Central London. Highly recommended. Staff were super friendly and thanks to a group of women who had enjoyed the day at Ascot Races, the bar and lounge area was very vibrant.
I wish I'd booked for longer.
