The experience was AMAZING. Linh organized all of our accommodations and tours for us. It was amazing. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. The place was very clean and the breakfast was delicious as well. It was also my husband’s birthday and they decorated the room for us as well with balloons, a coffee cake, and a bars. I definitely recommend this place.

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed like family. Joy and Lily on reception were so kind with lots of useful tips and hints of where to go to eat, drink and visit.
Go and visit train street which is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel and was recommended, a one off experience 😀
The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a suite to start with then travelled for 10 days and stayed again in a normal room, both are of high quality with large beds and a very comfortable mattress.
The swimming pool is in the sister hotel across the road and is a little gem of tranquility. Overall a fantastic hotel and we will certainly return.
Firstly, the staff were extremely accommodating and were there for any questions we had. We arrived early in the morning and were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and although our room wasn’t ready, they held our bags for us so we were able to explore the city. My dad had organised a surprise spa treatment for us and he said correspondence with the hotel was seamless. We had the signature 1 treatment at the spa here which included a foot massage, a full body massage and facial by Quynh, Ly, Mai and Hang who provided us with an exceptional service, which was well needed after a month of hostel beds and backpacking!!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Hanoi and would definitely visit again ❤️
(Also the TV had access to netflix which was a plus for a nice relaxing evening!!)

This amazing hotel literally took care of my injured husband during our stay. He was out running and suffered a really bad fall. When he returned to the hotel, Lily (at the front desk) assisted us in finding the nearest hospital as he needed stitches and X-rays. We were a little frazzled, so she left another employee in charge of the front desk and walked us over to the hospital a few blocks away and helped us start the paperwork. She, and the entire staff, are simply the best. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a scrumptious daily breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We highly recommend this place if you are staying in Hanoi!
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms
We arrived to lovely Le Jardin after an amazing Hanoi city tour. Such a cozy place. Great friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.Great dinner and breakfast. Especially the homebaked bread and peasoup for dinner. The massage and facial at Spa Lamour was super also...We will be back.

Das Personal in der Lobby und der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer ansprechbar.
Gut ist das zusätzliches Spa Angebot.
Die Reinigung im Flur erfolgt relativ laut, so dass man bei zeitiger Reinigung leider gestört wird.
