It was great until check out time
Pros:

Female staff on our check-in was really friendly and nice. The hotel itself was nice, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here up until our check-out experience

Cons:

Unfortunately, our departure left a very bad taste in our mouths due to an accusatory interaction with a male staff member. Because of an early flight, we checked out the night before. During checkout, he repeatedly questioned us about a missing laundry bag and a room adapter. Despite telling him clearly the first time that we did not take the laundry bag (we left it inside one of the bottom bedroom drawers) and that our room never even came with an adapter, he came back a couple of minutes later to ask the exact same questions. He went as far as saying he "saw us use it" for outside laundry, it came back with our clean laundry then I left it in one of the bottom drawers. It felt incredibly unprofessional, accusatory and defensive instead of them simply doing a thorough room check first. I asked him if they found it but didn't get an answer. They have plenty of time to check the room until our grab car came. Quick to accused us but apparently hard to quickly check the room. It ruined what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Top Hotel mit gutem Service.
Pros:

Zeer prettig verblijf in uitstekend hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Cons:

niets.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing was great or outstanding. It felt like a very normal hotel with very bad washroom plumbings. There was no provision of water drainage after a shower so the washroom used to be filled with water unless housekeeping cleaned it. Breakfast was not good as well, at least the spread was very sad- just on request omelette was decent. The only good thing about this property was its staff. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English.

Cons:

All of the above

A perfect hotel experience from start to finish!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the food throughout my stay was consistently high quality.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location was perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything I needed.

Overall, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was outstanding, and my entire experience was truly wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
