Hotel in guter Lage mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal
Pros:

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches, schnelles Personal, durch benachbartes Rooftop Hotel Möglichkeiten auch am Abend.
Das Personal in der Lobby und der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer ansprechbar.
Gut ist das zusätzliches Spa Angebot.

Cons:

Die Reinigung im Flur erfolgt relativ laut, so dass man bei zeitiger Reinigung leider gestört wird.

Court séjour dans un hôtel à retenir.
Pros:

L’élégance du personnel, leur aide, l’ambiance de l’hôtel, la décoration très personnelle, et les couleurs douces.

Cons:

Concernant la facture du départ, j’aurais apprécié que l’on tienne compte de l’annulation de notre vol de départ et de la nouvelle connexion aérienne qui nous a fait manquer la première journée que l’on n’a dû payer!

Everything. It was a calm space away from a busy city!! Shower, bed, staff all very excellent

A bit far out from the old quarter but that can easily be a positive if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle

المكان نظيف ويوجد به شطاف. الموظفين وودين ويوجد كافيه بجانب اللوبي وسبا مساجهم جمييل جدا. طلبت منهم غرفه منفرده لاني محجبه واستجابوا لطلبي.

חדר בגודל טוב , ארוחת בוקר חמודה עם כמה אופציות נחמדןת שמכינים במקום דברים , הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי , נסענו לסאפה ל3 ימים ואישרו לנו להשאיר את המזודות במלון שזה פלוס מאןד , לא רחוק מהמרכז מידי 10 דקות מתחילת שוק הלילה והאיזור הראשי , בין המלונות היחידים בויאטנם שהתייחסו לזה שזה הירח דבש שלנו

המים כל הזמן היו יוצאים מהצד של המקלחת לרצפה אבל בסדר החליפו מגבות כל יום שמנו על הרצפה

It was wonderful and relaxing!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, truly a 10/10 experience. The atmosphere is luxurious yet very zen and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely sweet, which made the stay feel even more special.

One detail I absolutely loved was the scent throughout the hotel. It was subtle, calming, adding so much to the overall experience. Everythingi felt thoughtful and well taken care of. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to any one Ylooking for comfort, calm, and a touch of luxury.

Love the room upgrade!
Pros:

Had a great stay here! Was super pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to the sky executive room when we checked in. The room was very spacious and very comfy. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and Anh kindly gave us some recommendations. Definitely worth the money.

Good quality hotel near French Quarter.
Pros:

Buffet Breakfast had good selection and eggs made to order.

Cons:

View from the hotel overlooks rundown buildings. TV in room was dark and was unable to adjust brightness. Pool and Gym of sister hotel was available for use but crossing busy road was hazardous.
