Uitstekend hotel, gunstig gelegen in de oude wijk van Hanoi. We hadden een familiekamer met twee aparte slaapkamers. De ruimte was ruim en schoon met in alle kamers airco. De badkamers waren goed en netjes. Aan de overzijde van de straat ligt een ander deel van het hotel. Op de rooftop kun je daar gebruik maken van het zwembad en de zeer gezellige, sfeervolle bar met fabuleus uitzicht over Hanoi. Er is een gezellig café verbonden aan het hotel. Het personeel was ontzettend hardwerkend, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij vonden het zeer prettig om in dit hotel te verblijven.

Location
Nothing was great or outstanding. It felt like a very normal hotel with very bad washroom plumbings. There was no provision of water drainage after a shower so the washroom used to be filled with water unless housekeeping cleaned it. Breakfast was not good as well, at least the spread was very sad- just on request omelette was decent. The only good thing about this property was its staff. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English.

Great location.
The room was small. No value for money. Breakfast options are limited especially for Vegetarians.
Location is not ideal as the tourist places are not close to it.
This hotel is so elegant, from the lobby, the room to the spa. The staff was nice and very professional.
The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but had limited choice of vietnamese dishes.
The only minor downside in the room was the shower in the bathtub. This kind of setting is prone to water being splashed everywhere and ended up on the floor despite the curtain and us being careful not to do any exaggerated gesture when taking shower.
We received a voucher of 50K for the Café de Flore. Unfortunately, we received a very poor service from the waitress- maybe is it because we went there 30min before closing?
We didn’t know about how to use a shower, but staff came my room soon and teach us politely.
I thought shower a little bit weak.

Everything about the stay was amazing - the staff, the food, the room, the service, the facilities! I especially loved the spa! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and helpful throughout our time in Hanoi. Can not wait to return to this beautiful hotel!
