Great facilities.
Great location.
The room was small. No value for money. Breakfast options are limited especially for Vegetarians.
Location is not ideal as the tourist places are not close to it.
This hotel is so elegant, from the lobby, the room to the spa. The staff was nice and very professional.
The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but had limited choice of vietnamese dishes.
The only minor downside in the room was the shower in the bathtub. This kind of setting is prone to water being splashed everywhere and ended up on the floor despite the curtain and us being careful not to do any exaggerated gesture when taking shower.
We received a voucher of 50K for the Café de Flore. Unfortunately, we received a very poor service from the waitress- maybe is it because we went there 30min before closing?
We didn’t know about how to use a shower, but staff came my room soon and teach us politely.
I thought shower a little bit weak.
Great experience! The hotel is excellent, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff are very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommended!
Everything about the stay was amazing - the staff, the food, the room, the service, the facilities! I especially loved the spa! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and helpful throughout our time in Hanoi. Can not wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Jardin Hotel in Hanoi and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel's location is also fantastic, providing easy access to many of Hanoi's attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of local and international options, all freshly prepared. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or any request.
What truly sets Le Jardin apart is the genuine care and friendliness of the staff. Their exceptional service made our visit to Hanoi even more memorable.

C'est le 3 ème séjour que nous faisons dans cet hôtel pour notre voyage d'un mois et demi au Vietnam. C'est une référence à Hanoï de par son emplacement idéal dans le quartier historique. L'accueil et l'ensemble du personnel sont au top. Le petit déjeuner et l'ensemble des services proposés sont vraiment très bien. La chambre qui nous a été proposée était parfaite. Nous avons d'ores et déjà prévu d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour. Une valeur sûre à Hanoï.

Very friendly and helpfull staf, excellent room, good airco, great breakfast with a lot of variety. Be careful when you take a shower, otherwise the whole bathroom becomes wet

La réception est basse de plafond et pas jolie. Les moquettes sont relativement sales dans les couloirs et le tapis de la chambre fait sale. Pas de douche mais baignoire avec rideau de douche.
