La reservacion no se habia hecho. Entonces tenia que buscar otro hotel. Era hostal Mimosa, He pagado alli 75 dolares para 2 noches pero por el ruido de la musica constante muy alta, me largo el segundo dia. No me devolveron mi dinero. He me he ido a la capital en un hotel bueno pero caro.

Excellent place for travel, you can enjoy and relax the time you by on propriety. Safety guindarse and safe place. Good WiFi for make job

La comida mala y cara, el servicio pésimo por lo demás bien la habitación muy acogedora al igual que el sitio y el precio por noche excelente.

Nota: lleven sus toalla si se quedarán ya que no dan.

Muy mal, las fotos no son es ni parecido a la localidad , no tenian la habitacion reservada. tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro sitio esto genero un gasto extra que no estaba presupuestado.
Muy mal por parte de expedia y por parte de la propiedad

Upon arrival the staff were very unprofessional. Once taken to the room, the room had a sewer smell, we asked the lady to see if there was another room available and she dismissed the question by saying that the smell was from the cleaning products. Then when we were going to leave the the room and the sliding door would not lock, they called someone and they fixed it using a kitchen knife and while the person fixed the lock, the othee worker said "nothing in this place works" The next morning after a very uneasy night we went to take a shower, the foul smell that came from the shower smell was horrible and to top it off it was clogged. The bathroom sink we had to put the garbage can below it because it was leaking, Shocker! As we headed out since there's no reception area and no one was at the pool area. I walked all the way to the kitchen and noticed the guy who fixed our door was the cook and he said " I see you guys are ok, no one kidnapped you" and laughed. Very untasteful comment. After that we went back to our toom gathered our stuff and checked out. One night out of our three was enough. Do no recommend to anyone.

The property is nice i loved it , staff no good just food great . Very very bad service groin others.

Ni siquiera entré por la musica tan fuerte y una pareja en la piscina practicamente muy explicito, me dio miedo el lugar, quizá porque llegué de noche

Well, first there is not a reception and when I got there was kinda scary no one knew the reception was made, once Miguel (Michele) came over he said my name sound familiar since his ex had my name, found it funny but not professional. He looked up he’s phone and realized I had chosen a lower level because apparently I had a wheelchair which was a shocker. I ask for second floor immediately. We walk to the room it was ok for the price, sadly beds were made with only one bedsheet and that was another down, I ask for more bedsheets and he kindly gave us more. The bathroom did not have extra towels for the floor, the water flow was very disappointing, just enough water to have a fast clean and on top of that there was no hot water. They did not clean the room until the day prior, this happened because I asked to do so! They said I had to take the garbage myself and then leave it by the door because they don’t have extra key. They only had my key! Sadly the water was a very disappointing issue. Also, I had to ask to open and close the gate for the parking lot when they could of just give us the remote for the garage. We were the only couple at the plc, I thought we could of just had the power to decide what time to come without thinking on disturbing to open the gate! The personal was kind and helpful even though I wish things would of work better. The bed was terrible the mattress were really old it hurt my back they literally had a deep part like really bad. I won’t book again.

Le personnel est super gentil ,très accueillant. Une belle place mais malheureusement mal entretenue.

Staff and owner extremely attentive, friendly & welcoming. Felt like we were in a place that we had visited often, yet it was our first time.
