Not worth the price.. Online price was 2900/ and her the counter it was 2000/-

Nothing other than Location.

Cons:

The room size was too small, the bathroom was not enough lighted, out of 2 light 1 light was not working, the Bathroom door lock was not proper. The centre table was with broken leg , TV panel was not clean lots of dust on the top. Main door lock was only an electronic door which you can't lock from inside.
