Pros:

Чудовий великий номер з вікнами на філармонію, чудове обслуговання, привітний персонал. Дуже вишукано і чисто. На сніданку були смачні еклери) Після виселення без проблем попрацювала з ноутом у холі, за що окреме дякую.

Cons:

Хотілось би щоб про зміни в бронюванні попереджали завчасно. Бронювала Лондонську, але заселили в Брістоль. Дізналась вже у дорозі з повідомлення в соцмережі ( до речі не завжди перевіряю повідомлення з незнайомих номерів). Брістоль - чудовий п,ятизірковий отель. Але я планувала провести свій день народження в знайомому і затишному для мене місці де мені було б зпучно не тільки відпочивати але й працювати. До того ж для мене було важливо, щоб басейн функціонував і не треба було витрачати час, т.к. я працювала у поїздці. А у Брістолі басейн не працював(( і доводилось ходити в СПА біля Лондонськой. Ну і ще могли б хоч на словах привітати. Дрібничка але таке запам,ятовується. Все інше було чудово

Щиро вдячна персоналу готелю за теплий прийом, що зробило подорож до Одеси незабутньою!
Pros:

Чисто, гарний інтер’єр, смачні сніданки на вибір, у номері тихо, зручне ліжко, загалом приємно перебувати у номері 😊 Окремо додам, що персонал дуже приємний, професійний!

Вода в один день была еле теплая, не было света в коридоре, пришлось ходить с фонариками, не работал лифт, нельзя было заказать еду в номер

Never again: nightmare. very rude and unpolite waiter. Very bad breakfast.

Terrible service. my wife and i went to the bar at 9:30 PM FOR A drink. A very rude and impolite waiter, literally kiched us out because in there was a party going on. There was no notice, and we were hotel's guest and just wanted a drink at the bar. the waiter "phisically" pushed us away.
the breakfast was awful. A nightmare. There was no buffet and at the menu missing everything. No milk, no fruit, and much more. Also we waited 45 minutes for scrambled eggs that arrived incredibly cold. they didn't bring us other food that we ordered. never again, really really nightmare this hotel.

Cons:

Я забронювала один готель, а по приїзду, нас поселили інший. І не дуже близько треба було ходити спа.
Вікна готелю виходили на дорогу, із за цього було в номері дуже шумно. Немає шумно ізоляції.

А так все добре.
