The hotel grounds and pool
There was a lack of information, it would have been ideal if there was an information board that advised of upcoming events. For instance we ended up in the middle of the Holi festival but had no idea when or where or what was being put on.(.it was a brilliant festival by the way). Thr hotel hosted musicians but again no idea when what time etc.

The staff were fabulous. Special thanks to Soham for being extremely accommodating, and to Sahil and the gentleman assisting with car parking. The property itself is also quite nice — loved the infinity pool and overall ambience.
Nothing as such
Breakfast is fabulous nd location is too much beautiful. Sahil is very Cooperative nd helpful. All staff is good.

Firstly I must commend the reception & restaurant staff, and of course the chefs at Acacia. The service and food in Toast is excellent - whether that’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks by the pool.
Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool and beautiful scenery.
Whilst there were some noisy building works at times during our stay, I’m glad we chose a hotel located up near the main road as in the hotels on the beach we could still make out incredibly loud music in the distance into the early hours! There’s also lots of wonderful cafes, bars (The Place - amazing cocktails) and restaurants (Chez Celine) on your doorstep.
The hotel also arranged our taxi back to the airport at a reasonable price, ensuring we weren’t ripped off. The driver was bang on time.
The only thing I’d ask is “Acacia please put mattresses on the sunbeds” 🙏
All in all, we had a fantastic stay. The staff did everything possible to make our holiday memorable. Thank you Acacia
Me and the wife went to Goa for the first time and were a bit worried about security but Acacia was safe the staff were excellent and the food was out of this world I would highly recommend Acacia to anyone going to Goa.

It has a wonderful scenario view and the atmosphere is pleasant, has a beautiful pool and a wonderful roof top restaurant with great food .The room are neat and clean with great ventilation.
