Einfach ein schlechter Scherz, ich kann nur vor diesem Hotel warnen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer an sich war völlig in Ordnung und in einem annehmbaren Zustand.

Cons:

Das Personal! ACHTUNG: Es wird kein Deutsch oder Englisch gesprochen (scheinbar nur Ukrainisch?). Es wird sich mit Übersetzung über das Smartphone beholfen. Dabei wirkte die Dame zu so ziemlich jedem Zeitpunkt einfach nur genervt und unfreundlich. Es wurde auch immer wieder auf den Chef verwiesen, welcher nur über eine Rufnummer erreichbar ist. Dort haben wir an beiden Tagen nach unzähligen versuchen jedoch nie jemanden ans Telefon bekommen! Echt ein schlechter Scherz!
Wir sind recht früh angereist und wollten nur fragen ob wir das Auto bis zum Check in dort stehen lassen dürfen. Die Dame wirkte sehr gereizt und aufgrund der Sprachbarriere war eine Kommunikation nahezu unmöglich.
Beim Self-Check in waren wir dann sehr überrascht das die Zimmerschlüssel einfach auf der (zu jeder Zeit unbesetzten) Rezeption lagen. Natürlich "völlig Datenschutzkonform" mit allen Informationen über die Gäste inkl. Handynummern, zu jederzeit von jedem frei einsehbar.
Beim Frühstück dann der nächste Schock! Wir haben inkl. Frühstück gebucht, vor dem Frühstückssaal wurden wir dann jedoch sehr unfreundlich angepampt, das wir "bezahlen" sollen. Das Wort "bezahlen" war so ziemlich das einzige was hier beherrscht wurde. Ich sagte das wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht haben. Ich habe sogar in der Buchung gezeigt das wir das Frühstück bereits bezahlt haben. Verwiesen wurde erneut nur auf "Chefe", der jedoch sowieso nie erreichbar ist. Hallo? Ich habe bisher noch nimmer nie erlebt das die Hotelangestellten keine Übersicht über die Buchungen haben und gegebenenfalls mal im Rechner nachschauen können. Und das man dann auch noch selber beim Chef anrufen soll ist auch ein schlechter Scherz, sowas hat das Personal ja wohl selbst zu klären.
Wir sind dann ohne Frühstück zurück ins Zimmer und direkt abgereist.

Zimmer sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, Personal angenehm und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Dass der mit unseren Daten vorausgefüllte Meldebogen auf dem Anmeldetresen mit dem Zimmerschlüssel zusammen lag. Keine persönliche Übergabe. Der ausgefüllte Bogen musste offen für jeden einsehbar mit unseren persönlichen Daten in einen Ablagekasten gelegt werden der wegen der offenen Eingangstür JEDEM zugänglich gewesen wäre.

Eine Übernachtung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön.
Am Bett Kopfteil löste sich das Material man sieht es sofort das ist ein wenig schade

Cons:

Bei der Buchung stand Private Parkplatz.
Irgendwie muss man zum Hotel kommen.
Bei der Abreise wurden wir in letzte Minute gestoppt von der Frau die Frühstück vorbereitet hat und wurden um 10Euro gebeten weil wir vom hotel geparkt haben.
Finde ich blöd. Keine Quittung nichts.
