Pros:

Great location and easy access to everything, which I really liked.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The bedsheets and towels were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there were cobwebs around the room, and I even saw an insect on the wall.

Schnuckeliges Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Hbf. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur eine Schiebetür zum Badezimmer und es hat (wahrscheinlich aus der Lüftung) im Bad leicht nach Rauch gerochen, im Bad gab es kein Fenster.

Due to its location, uniqueness, and price/performance, I would definitely stay in the future.
Pros:

The location is perfect.
It being a boutique hotel gives itself a unique, cozy vibe.
The breakfast was always fresh had options for every one.
The staff was good-humoured and the room was clean.

Cons:

Maybe a smooth, soft music can play during the breakfast as it can become too quite😅

eine direkte Buchung beim Hotel hätte diesen Mangel sicher verhindert.

Cons:

entgegen der Buchung bei Booking.com hatten wir ein einfacheres Zimmer erhalten, da die entsprechenden Angaben scheinbar nicht bei der Hotelleitung angekommen waren! Wir haben dies am nächsten Tag reklamiert ( da das Hotel nicht ständig eine besetzte Rezeption hat ) und sind dann in das bessere Zimmer ( laut Buchung bei Booking ) umgezogen. Kostenerstattung für einen Tag wäre angebracht?

Sehr bequeme Betten; zentrale aber ruhige Lage; angenehme Dusche; Frühstück in Ordnung aber nicht herausragend; Zimmer sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung

Sehr hellhörig, man hört Nachbar im Nebenzimmer telefonieren und knarzende Treppen; keine Rezeption außer zur Frühstückszeit; Zimmer und Haus relativ düster und wenig belebt wirkend; insgesamt Preis-Leistung etwas unpassend (zu teuer)
