Pros:

We booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids, but when we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed instead. It was very cramped with the kids, and the extra bed they provided was uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.

When we asked the staff about the issue, they said it was Booking.com's fault and that the reservation they received was only for two adults in a king bedroom. This was frustrating, and it made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Comfortable, and relaxing
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The first night getting back from dinner, there was a cluster of Nats on the wall and ceiling. Called staff and they took care of it.
