Housekeeping was excellent,the staff at the desk was okay.The hotel was in a good location and well kept, room was good.
First of all i didn't like the 24.38 a day parking fee, it was a little higher than sum of the others.Breakfast was good the first 2 days we were there,the 3rd day things went bad.There was a shortage of food, no water,juice,coffee.All the machines were out of order.Staff didn't seem to do anything to fix the problem.
Breakfast was not what was expected. The second day all machines were labeled as out of order. Expecting a more traditional breakfast.. Rooms were excellent..very clean and felt clean. First hotel that had bathrooms that were actual clean . The maid staff were so friendly and helpful. The first time that I felt that I could not tip them enough. The front staff when we checked in were awesome. The checking out front desk staff were horrible..nasty just not friendly at all.Beds were very comfortable and CLEAN. The whole room looked and felt CLEAN, and they had carpet on the floor still. It was so amazing to see that because it is not like this in many of the Oceanfront hotels.
The checking out staff was nasty and rude but since that was the only stain for our stay and we were leaving also it was still a good stay
The property is beachfront. The breakfast was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The free guest laundry was awesome
When I booked through Booking.com, it stated parking was free starting the weekend of our trip. When we arrived, we were told it had changed till November 1st for free parking. I feel that 24.83 a night parking is insane. I was also told by the evening desk clerk that the property was charging year round parking.

Parking lot was to small you couldn't even open your car door without banging into the other car ,and not big enough to handle all the guests.

The parking was very convenient. Car right there by the main entrance.
Already paying for my stay so I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking which by the way isn’t disclosed when you book. Also the walls are kind of thin, could hear almost everything the people next door were doing
