There isn't much to list.

Cons:

The disrepair of the interior was appalling. The smell of mold in the elevator was horrendous. The chlorine smell in the lobby was overwhelming.The proximity of the hotel to the gas station next door was so close that the seemingly nonstop flow of motorcycles continued to rattle the windows. The bathroom door in our room did not lock. The tile around the shower floor was lifted and shoddy repair work was slapped on there. The pull out couch had a mysterious stain that I tried really hard not to dwell on. The room was incredibly hot and muggy and took over 4 hours to cool down. Overall, the entire place felt dirty and run down. So much so, that we elected to bypass the free breakfast, because I couldnt bring myself to eat anything prepared in an area the public cannot see. For the amount that we paid for this room, I am thoroughly upset. The previous weekend, we stayed in a hotel in Tuscaloosa for approximately the same cost, and was what I wouldve expected for the rate. This was a slap in the face. Do not stay here unless you are up to date on all vaccinations. We did a thorough check for bedbugs and came up empty. Honestly, I was surprised.

Not impressed. Not a good value for amount spent.
Pros:

Killed 2 cockroaches in our room. Did not feel like tasting any food from the kitchen after the cockroach experience. In addition, the head board was oily and looked like it was not cleaned post previous client.
