I was given a decent room.

Cons:

The front desk clerk asked if he could help me, when I walked up to the front desk. When I handed him my reservation information, he stated, "Youuuuuu are checking?", in a negative way. I felt unwelcome there. I don't know this individual, so I'm not sure for the negativity. I was not rude, and I didn't say much of anything to him.

Loved it, will definitely return for future business trips to Albany.
Pros:

The breakfast was more than sufficient and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The mattress was very comfortable

Cons:

Sink in bathroom was slow to drain. Problem apparently was hair and debris in the line. The house repair person cleared the line and the sink drained properly after that.
Desk chair has a broken armrest which we highlighted to the nite attendant and left a message for the cleaners to see.
