Propre et spacieuse chambre, gym et piscine, localisation tranquille !
The hotel was very humid. They had put those strong fans in the corridors, the same kind I used to see at swimming pools to keep the floors from staying wet. But those surfaces were marble or something, not carpet like in the hotel.
This was a sign that there was a problem, and that it was still going on.
I understood it when I entered the room. Everything I touched felt damp. The worst part was that the duvet and pillow set was damp too.
On top of that, in my opinion the bedding was not even clean. But we had no time to deal with this on the first night. We were there with my wife for a very important exam, and we really needed a good sleep. Unfortunately we spent two terrible nights.
On the second night the duvet and pillow set was replaced, but the humidity problem affected it quickly.
We also paid for breakfast, but there were really very few options. It is not worth the money. If you skip the breakfast and sort it out some other way, you will probably be happier.
For these reasons I never recommend this hotel, and I do not think I will come again.

This location was easy to find. Check in and check out were fine.
My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights rest. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I found a lot of hair on the floor that didn't belong to me.
Breakfast was your typical Hampton Inn breakfast with a variety of both hot and cold items to choose from.
I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
Clean and safe. Was traveling alone with 1 child. This was a great option for 1 night for us. And price was great.
I was disappointed upon arrival when I checked in and was notified that my reservation had been canceled. The person at the desk named Aaron said that he called me earlier that day telling me that there was a problem with my credit card. At the time I received the call I was driving in the car. I did notice an incoming call and it was labeled potential spam, so I did not answer the call. I checked in at 12:12 and my room was canceled by Aaron at noon. I asked Aaron if I could rebook the room and he told me they were sold out. He was unapologetic and told me that he called me earlier and I never called him back, hence my fault. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have also never had a Hampton Inn try to charge me prior to checking in.
This is our 3rd time here. Great layover on our way to the adirondacks with a child.

It's a very well designed hotel, family friendly with a gym, pool, business center, and even a washer/dryer option.
The bathrooms are spacious and clean!
Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet.
Adisina did a great job of checking us in with efficiency and hospitality. He was able to give us a later checkout which is so helpful!
Highlights are the breakfast staff and the dining area which is bright, cheerful, and comfortable.
BIG PROPS to the BREAKFAST DREAM TEAM!!! We were cheerfully greeted in the breakfast area by*** Ricardo and Aniba and Diana***! What a team! They were constantly making sure folks had what they needed and replenishing the food so everything was fresh! They deserve applause for customer service with genuine smiles! They really cared about how people were doing!!!
The breakfast hours are fantastic from 6am-11am and options for an included breakfast are varied. Today, they had egg white omelets (with veggies inside!), actual baked potatoes with sprinkles of veggies as well, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, assorted pastries/breads, cereals/yogurts.
Aaron who manned the morning front desk was also very helpful and efficient.
I overheard a breakfast guest so taken with Ricardo's friendliness and assistance, that the guest said to his group, "Why don't we all just live here - like buy this place" LOL! I understood what he meant :) Later that same group also was quite charmed by Diana who stopped by to offer them more coffee :)

My room was exceeding quiet and comfortable. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The pool was fabulous. 80 degrees and well maintained. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and professional. I was very satisfied.
This place was great! My favorite hotel out of all the hotels we’ve been staying at during this busy tournament season.
All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and not a chlorine filled square room with no windows like a lot of of the others.
Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
They also had delicious fresh baked cookies, which my son and I enjoyed!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
