clean, comfy beds. Kinda run-down. Right downtown. (Not a great location.) No fridge or microwave. CHeap.

No hot water in shower,safety bolt was broken,no wifi. Its known that its not a 5 star so I didn't expect that luxury but these amenities are basic to have.

There was no where to park...lady that checked me in was rude...drug area with a lot of foot traffic

Property was grossly under maintained, surrounded by homeless and drug users. Carpet floors were sticky, bed did not have a mattress cover, only one light worked in the room, the curtains were literally falling apart, rickety wood stairs into room, room smelled fowl. Do not stay here.

I had problems with my key card. Nobody at the front desk door locked call the phone no answer. However the two maintenance guys were always around and they let me in.

Clean but very dated. Good value for budget conscious people.

The staff was helpful.

They did not have my room and the workers kicked my car and broke my cell phone. Also they kept my money.

The property didn't have a front office you had to call a number to get your room and code and it was better to text than call the room itself broken microwave sound turned down on the TV so you had to sit in front of it to hear it very noisy from the highway outside bathroom one of those very small toilets and there was mold on the shower curtain and it was very small the thermostat was of no use and I wish I had chosen something else.

I did not stay pictures on advertisement is false the place is a halfway house windows were broke no water in pool homeless ppl all around , didnt look safe in the area at all ,i expect a full refund for false advertisement if not i will give expedia a bad name all over social media

You get what you pay for. Rough part of town.

Kind of a bad area, but overall, good service and it fulfilled my needs for a very cheap price.

Do not stay here. I was given a hotel room behind the hotel which was an employee housing not a hotel room. I refused the room and was still charged even though I did not stay. Hotel.com was no help in returning the hotel charge or the 100 fee charged by the hotel.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, one of the beds was missing sheets. The area around the hotel was unsafe and the internet didn’t work

The two lady’s at the front desk were very nice. However the overall cleanliness is absolutely disgusting. I walked right in my room and turned back around and left. It was room 107. It smelt like weed and cigarettes and the floor was stained and disgusting. Everything about it was so gross. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. This place needs to be condemned

This is the worst stay I've ever had. Do not stay here they will rob you. It says pet friendly but when I got there I was told I had to pay a $220 deposit for 2 small pets!! Mind you the room itself was a third of that. I had them call manager and talked them down to $150 deposit because I really didn't have time to try and find something else. I was told I would get it back at checkout. We made sure room was crispy clean. The lady comes back from room asks what the black marks on hand rag are? I said I think my girlfriend wiped off a little of her makeup? Mind you these are definitely rags not towels....She proceeds to tell me she is charging me $50 for the rag.... When I get upset and say how ridiculous that is she says I am lucky the other lady isn't there or I would of got charged all $150!!! My guess the clerks are scamming people and keeping the money... Don't stay here and hotels.com should know longer associate with this location in my opinion.

Disgusting. The rrom they out me in the jey didnt work then when the front desk had to help open it it was dirty and uncleaned. They then transferrd me to a different room and had to literally bring the tv cable mictoqave and refridge in.
.thenni had asked before booking to have a late checkout. The front deak person said the system automatically charges and i said oh you have no himan i tervention. She said it was choice hotels and they system does it automatically. Then i said well you can refind me...then she said oh its i ndeoendently owned and she coulded so she basically negated herself and actrd like " the system" ran everything and she had no control and couldnt do anything from having me charged or refunding me. BS! I want a complete refind for the horrific dirty experience!

Very unsafe. Sketchy people in the area and in the rooms. Only one light in the room turned on. Cigarette smell no matter where you go. Overall uncleanliness in the room. Tedious check in process.
