A World Class Stay for a Very Reasonable Price
Pros:

The hotel staff is great. Breakfast at the hotel is wonderful. Management genuinely cares about creating an environment to make each guest’s stay a very memorable one. They call taxis when asked and will make dining recommendations if asked. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Claude Bernard. My daughter plans to bring her family there next time that she travels to Paris 🏨

Everything the hotel does is exemplary 👍

The area is great, the staff very very good

Cons:

I was trapped in the lift for 30 minutes had to be rescued. On 4th floor disabled so couldn't use lift which broke down 5 times in 1 week a staff member told me. 11pm on last night they gave me another room on 2nd floor. I had to go up stairs on hands and knees. The bed had been slept in and room unmade up from previous occupant. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone elderly or disabled. No offer of refund despite it costing 324euro 2 nights give it a miss

Pros:

Location is perfect, cozy room, stunning view from the balcony.

Cons:

Elevator was not working all of the time but it’s good as we had to pay the price for the amount of croissants we consumed during the day

o elevador apresentou defeito duas vezes permanecendo inativo, obrigando os hóspedes a se deslocarem pelas escadas mesmo com bagagem. o banheiro era minúsculo, em especial o box, tornando o banho um espetáculo de contorcionismo.
