Excellent location, would certainly recommend and choose this hotel again.
Pros:

A fantastic location within easy walking distance of Notre Dame and the Paris Metro system
Breakfast far exceeded our expectations, with cereals, hot dishes, cold meats, cheeses and fruit.
Good WiFi. A choice of free drinks in reception area.

Cons:

Some TLC required to loose door handles, power sockets, etc.

Cons:

Номер абсолютно не відповідав фотографіям на букінг. Заселили в номер на криші з вузенькими дверима через які гілка вітер і малесенькім вікном під стелею 30*20 см.
Шкаф без полок, місця для речей на 1 людину. Цей номер нам продали як трьохмістний. Пройти в номері майже немає куди, просто все заставлено 3 кроватями. Штори виглядали так, як у моєю бабусі в селі років 30 тому. Опалення не працювало.
Ліфт в готелі на 1 персону. Зайти в ліфт з великим чемоданом неможливо. В двох можна їхати, лише в обіймах. До поверху, де я жила, ліфт не доїжджає. Тобто доїхав до 5 поверху, а потім пішки тягни по сходинкам валізи.
Коли звернулася до менеджера готелю, показала фото номера, який я забронювала і сказала, що я хочу отримати саме те, за що заплатила, він сказав, що я кажу дурниці, тому що номер немає виглядати саме так , як на фото.. Після довгих сперечань погодився замінити номер. Різниця з першим полягала лише в тому, що він був більший за розміром, з нормальним розміром вікон і з них не було вітру.

Good value if you like to walk.
Pros:

This is an older hotel in the Latin Quarter. It's nothing fancy, but it's a good value if you like to walk. It's away from the tourist crowds, right next to the Sorbonne with the student population.

Pros:

Ótima localização. Próximo ao metrô, supermercados, lojas e avenidas bem movimentadas. Tem máquina de café expresso e água no 1o piso. Funcionários da recepção educados.

Cons:

Tivemos dificuldade para abrir as malas, quarto bem pequeno. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno com cortina de tecido, molhava todo o piso do banheiro quando usado. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar.
