One of the best hotels in Reforma Area
Pros:

If you want to stay in one of the best hotels in the Reforma area and also one of newest hotel to substation a very strong earthquake and they have an amazing staff and they give you free drinks in your room and they are always there to help you of any service you need.

Celebramos aquí el Año Nuevo: llegamos del 31 al 1 y nos quedamos una semana en una habitación con balcón en el piso 19. Fue una gran experiencia.

Después de la noche de Año Nuevo — silencio, espacio y vistas espectaculares desde una amplia terraza sobre la ciudad y las fuentes. La cercanía al parque Alameda y los paseos por Avenida Reforma hicieron la estancia aún más especial.

Los desayunos son excelentes, con muchísima variedad. Por la noche, el lounge es perfecto para cenar algo rico y relajarse. Cocina, servicio y habitación: todo nos encantó.

Y la cereza del pastel: vivimos aquí un terremoto de magnitud 6.4 😄
Salimos al balcón a observar cómo se movía el edificio — una sensación curiosa, como estar en un barco. Aun así, el hotel demostró ser muy sólido y seguro: nada se cayó ni se dañó. Se nota que está construido con gran fiabilidad.

Un hotel con carácter, vistas increíbles y una fuerte sensación de seguridad.
El Año Nuevo fue todo un éxito. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location, suites, overall service and amenities
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. We chose Premier Suite and all the additions that provides was definitely an excellent value. It was convenient to have breakfast right there and ability to savor drinks and snacks after a long day. Suite was large, well maintained and housekeeping was generally good.

Only issues is that Premier SUITES are on the lower levels (2 - 6) and it can still be loud at night. So if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue.

Pros:
