One of the best México City hotels
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable. Restaurants inside the hotel had amazing meals and 15% off, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The lifts are a serious problem. Sometimes took 15 minutes to stop on our floor.

Wonderful stay, would go there again

The decor, the restaurants, the musical concerts in front of the bar, the comfortable waiting areas in the lobby and the helpful and courteous staff.

Cons:

If there was a digital clock by the beds to enable guests view the time at night. One would not rely on the phone to check the time at night. The bathroom door at room 319 could be improved for opening closing.

México a “walking distance”
Pros:

La ubicación es su punto fuerte y que la mayoría del personal tiene un excelente servicio al cliente.

Cons:

El personal del bar puede ser más amable. El equipo del gimnasio puede ser mejor. El televisor del cuarto necesita ser actualizado. Los elevadores no están al 100. Siempre hay uno o 2 fuera de servicio.
