Great stay with one very disappointing interaction.
Pros:

Location, safety and the welcoming atmosphere of the staff

Cons:

We had an issue with my daughter given a room that was already occupied. My daughter who was staying alone was then given a room on another floor since our second room on our floor was not available. As a “disculpa”, we were informed that all three of us (2 of us in a separate room) were given premium level status. My daughter made sure she asked if it was just for one or all three of us. They assured her it was for three of us. We were delighted!! When we tried to go to breakfast the next morning, we were informed that only my daughter qualified. I believe this was a failure to communicate between personnel of the registration desk and the premium level personnel. Either we should have been informed the premium level was only for one or the premium level personnel should have been informed about the premium level status of both of these rooms before being somewhat embarrassed at the rejection. What a wasted opportunity to create goodwill among your guests - the price of 2 breakfasts.

I love the hotel and plan to return when necessary.
Pros:

Location is centered to many attractions. The room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great, many options and waiters were very polite.

Cons:

Elevator service was very slow, not all were functioning, but service elevators helped.

Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

El personal es amable, el hotel tiene ya varios años pero se mantiene muy bien

Cons:

Estuvimos 15 días alojados y solo funcionan 2 ascensores y los otros 2 están en mantenimiento todo el tiempo, y teníamos que usar ascensores de servicio
