Muy buena ubicación y el personal de recepción muy amable. El show en el lobby con violinista y pianista es muy relajante. 👌

El shampoo que usan es de pésima calidad, se siente un poco de mal olor en los pasillos y el cuarto ha de ser por las alfombras. El Aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien

la limpieza , la atención, la ubicación, la alberca

Cons:

me gusto todo, solo pondría a alguien más a ayudar a la persona del bar, porque atender y tener que baja a pedir comida a la cocina , deja el lugar solo y tampoco puede ir rápido a ver si los alimentos ya están listos.

Siempre en CDMX el Barceló sera una gran opcion, en los ultimos 8 años siempre lo mejor.

Location, spacious room. Great pool and gym facilities and a free drink per person at the bar, live music in the evenings but for a bit too long 10pm for my liking since you can hear it even on the 10th floor.

Cons:

staff was lovely but I had to repeat them again that we did not want connected room once we got one, the room service was also did not do our order right (missing 1 item out of 2 ordered and charged a fortune). They mentioned breakfast at the check-in but when we ate then asked us to pay which was terrible value and a bit unexpected but we should have asked if it was included (just assumed it is since why they would mention then). ATM at the hotel was a rip off. The design of the building is impressive but scary and i would recommend the higher fences near the rooms.

Todo, pero lo que más me gustó! Lo que me súper encantó! Fue lo cómodo de las camas, he estado en varios hoteles en México pero en esta el descanso me ha favorecido!! Lo otro que me súper encantó fue el internet!! Es el primer hotel en el trabajo súper rápido porque el internet es muy bueno! El centro de negocios me gustó muchísimo también, necesitaba impresiones y copias y estaban súper accesibles y más barato que en mi país. El desayuno también me gustó, y la ubicación ni se diga!!
