Pros:

The restaurant were good in particular Hudson the breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

View from room but aircon and temperature control was horrible as was the bed mattress. So uncomfortable would wake up with a sore back and neck from pillows that were so soft and a mattress that gel like it was 100 years old

Cons:

One particular manager (male) in the New York Lounge was very dismissive when I asked to order something from the menu. All other staff were fantastic and very helpful and courteous.

Friendly staff.

Cons:

A little bit of a walk from Hamamatsucho JR station- mostly business district, so not crowded.

Only 100 meters from a subway line.
