Pros:

Very nice upscale hotel, the breakfast was decent and the staff are very nice and courteous. I was able to get an early check in at 12pm because they had room availability which was very unexpected and much appreciated - provided at no extra cost.

Very convenient location.

Cons:

Gym is very small with 5-6 machines and a very basic dumbbell rack that tops out with 10kg dumbbells.

Good hotel on Tokyo bay
Pros:

Big rooms for Tokyo, great beds, views of the bay, good bars and restaurants, good location for Disney and boat cruise, quieter than city centre

Cons:

No pool/sauna/steam, early finish to breakfast compared to most hotels, more of a business district so limited bars and restaurants nearby

Wonderful stay, highly recommended if you love views and large comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely location with easy access to transport, beautiful views, loved the dinner we had with views of the rainbow bridge the food was beyond excellent. Our room was spacious with great views, lounger in the window and lounge chair all very comfortable and we were upgraded to high floor. The hotel also gave us early check in and late check out that was much appreciated. We were very pleased with our choice!

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, the atmosphere and service not as good as elsewhere.
