Expensive for what it is
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

The breakfast was strange- tacos every morning with selection of pork, bacon and sausage but only ever one meat and some dried egg.
WiFi doesn’t work in the room you need to ask for a different one at reception.

Maids don’t come - twice all visit and only when I asked on 4th day

Good location for soccer tournament. Walking distance to quick fast food and Target.

Cons:

Definitely an older hotel. On the morning of checkout, there was a huge roach in kitchen He was dying so Im assuming they do exterminate, but nonetheless I don’t want to stay where roaches are.

Location was great but room and property was horrible especially for the cost.

Room smelled of mildew and urine, the couch and chair was filthy.
Chipped paint on several portions of the room and looks to be saw dust by the door of the closet.
Chairs filthy in the dinning area as well.

Pros:

The main hallways are musty and humid. The rooms are similar. The AC does not help reduce the humidity in the rooms. The AC control doesn’t allow for the fan to be on to help drop the humidity. Hard to get comfortable while sleeping when damp. Front staff was kind.

Cons:

Cleaning was hit and miss. We went 3-4 days with no clean till we complained then we got a clean.
Kitchen area was hardly cleaned and cleaning standard could be better.

Not enough silverware n plates for a family of Five.Had to take turns to eat. Very few options for breakfast, no hot chocolate for children.

Pros:

The kitchen is quite dated and doesn’t match what was shown in the website photos. The shower pressure is very weak, which made it difficult to enjoy. Also, we requested towels but they were not provided as expected. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations set by the listing.
