We have stayed here on many occasions. Good location but despite having some small upgrades is starting to show its age. The staff are always friendly and are able to assist. The bathrooms are clean but small and the towels are too small and need repalcing. The last time we had a noise issue with the A/C which disturbed our sleep. I also do not like the concept of having to pay for off street parking - if you are apying hundreds for a room surely the car parking should be free and access to it under a covered walk way.

Sorry but the food was awful, like really bad. I saw someone order Uber eats at our awards function because the food was so bad. Breakfast both days was cold and dried out.

Staff were helpful but when we asked about air con not working in our room we were advised it is not turned on when it is cold outside and we should just open the windows. They brought us as pedestal fan as it was so hot in our room and we couldn't sleep without air circulation.
