Pros:

The door locks are not safe. The room looks creepy. The beddings have holes. Internet is slow. The bldg is dark at night.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Night shift security guard was honest. He returned my cellphone that i totally forgot in the counter during checking out. Thank you sir.

Cons:

There are roaches in the room, bed sheet got stains. Very strict with check in time, when clearly the room is ready, not considerate.

It's clean and quiet.

There's no bidet. Hope next time you can add atleast microwave and update your AC.

Had to buy disinfectant spray because the room have bad smell, like something died
Staff not professional, when i arrived there the 2 men in the frontdesk are shirtless..
