Roomy but Spartan condo with loft bedroom
Pros:

This is another apartment rental, which I was trying to avoid initially, so I was surprised when I arrived, and there was no front desk. Instead there’s a set of instructions on how to retrieve the key and passcodes and attachments with rules what to do and what not to do, etc. 🙄. I stayed for two nights, and it was very quiet and safe. The unit itself definitely needs some refreshing and glass cleaning so it comes off as dingy. Kitchen seemed fairly well equipped but not even a bottle of water for guests. Notably, the bedroom is up in the loft and the ceiling height is only about 165 cm. Also tends to be very hot so you’ll need a lot of AC and fans to be comfortable there. Constant security personnel around the lobby and a doorman. Great views from the 19th floor.
It is close to the metro and a few minutes walk from the Brickfields area. I believe you pay extra for parking. Check out is 11 AM sharp or a fine is levied. If you stay here, you will notice much more emphasis on rule enforcement as opposed to hospitality improvement.

Pros:

A lot of things is damage, for instance the balcony storage door for the washing machine, cant close and it kept banging. Tons of damaged fans above the loft bed area and there's only 1 aircon to cool the whole area.

Very convenient location.
Pros:

The location is very close to the metro station—the pedestrian bridge to the station was on the 1st floor connected to the property. It is only 1 stop to Sentral station so it is very convenient to get around. The on-site washer and dryer was very handy. The refrigerator didn’t work but the owner made a valiant effort to get it working the first day, then seemed to forget about it. There is no outlet on the bathroom, so hair dries, electric shavers, etc. have to be used in the hall.

Pros:

Ambience is very good but there is no customer response agent at the front desk. Water bottle not provided. No cleaning done through the entire stay. We need to order everything on grab

Pros:

The apartment is spacious and clean with footbridge connected to the nearby MRT station, which is very convenient even under bad weather. There are some nice restaurants on the opposite side as well and very close to the Little Indian District which you can enjoy a little walk from KL Sentral back to the apartment.
