We checked out first thing in the morning. We already paid in full from 2/20 to 2/24
Pros:

The hotel is not supposed to be sold for booking. It needs major cleanup and update.

Cons:

washroom is small; sink is small and not clean. The room is musty. Pool is dirty!

We checked out the following morning! The place is not conjusive to stay! Needs major update!
Pros:

The place needs real renovation! The rooms are outdated and it smells musty inside. There is no hot water, the bathroom needs major update. We booked 5 rooms and the first night we already knew we won’t be able to stay. The place is really bad! The swimming pool is dirty ! We checked out first thing in the morning and moved to another hotel.

We know this is non refundable but booking.com should be able to assist us to get compensation on our booking. It’s sad to say the place is not conjusive to be available to book! Major update and clean up.

Place is a dump!

Major renovations needed, washroom/ bathrooms are small, a normal average person can not moved around.
showers are hard to operate for hot water,
small sink in the bathroom are useless, ants inside the bedroom

Pros:

This resort is the best. It’s very clean, affordable, and all the staff from front desk to housekeeping to kitchen and restaurant including the security guards, they’re all amazing and friendly and welcoming. I definitely will come back and will recommend this beqch resort to all my frienda
