Near bts
Not very clean, quite updated, no one in reception
Location is very near to Punnawathi BTS, but you need to expect there’s a lot noise from Car and motorbike from the main road even at night. Rooms are big enough. To stay up to 5 pax as we took family room. But there was no room doors, only curtain rails. Staffs are helpful and friendly but cleaning staffs should do more for room cleaning properly.

Rooms are closed by curtains- not doors (should improve). No elevator- only stairs but only 3 floors building. If you are with big luggages - not suggested. Should have proper fridge- they only have chiller for mini bar fridge. Have microwave and kettle - no washing machine. Toilet floors tiles are slippery type. Water heater provided. Toilet ceiling air vent is mouldy and room ceiling and corners are dusty- just to improve room cleanliness. Only 1 sofa- should have some chairs to sit in the living area - because 5 pax stays in. The worst thing is Wifi - totally not good connection during the stays, especially in bed rooms - Wifi really needs to be restored or improved

It is convenient because it’s accessible to train station.
Take note, there’s no elevator, so we had to take the stairs carrying our suitcases.
The place was spacious, Two rooms (Two double beds and 1 queen bed)
There are two toilet and baths which I liked.
We saw a few cockroaches and asked for a cockroach repellent.
If your ears are sensitive to noise, I wouldn’t recommend this.
You could hear the train and vehicles outside.
Unfortunately I like nothing about this place
I was horrified to wake covered in beg bug bites ,and not one or two bites .it was bad enough with a very unfriendly receptionist the tiny room , which both I can handle but the bed bugs was truly horrific never stay there .

On the first day I moved upstairs, there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the room next to me. I also reported it to the housekeeper. After checking out, they told me that I was smoking in the room and they confiscated my 500 deposit.
2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, AC in bedrooms, micro fridge to keep water bottles cold, distance to BTS
Halls/stairways seemed warm, the way the stairs were made (steep), washing machine on the covered roof (open), the shower water could go all over the bathroom floor, no AC in bathroom, the traffic noise but ear plugs are provided

As the name auggests, the hotel is very spacious. It is clean and comfy. It is also just doorstep to Punnawithi BTS. The only flipside is it is next to Road and the noise is slight.
