깨끗하게 관리를 잘하는 숙소예요
조식은 간단하면서도 골고루 나와서 좋아요
욕실샤워기 수압이 좀 약해서 아쉬웠어요
룸 청소를 잘 해주시는 건 좋은데
노크없이 문을 그냥 열어서 놀랬어요
3박중에 두번이나 그런걸 보면
교육이 필요해 보여요
직원들은 모두 친절합니다.
자전거를 1일 40,000동에 빌릴 수 있어서 주변을 둘러보기가 좋았어요

Pros:

We loved the pool and pool area(courtyard) unfortunately the weather was not exactly pool weather. Breakfast was excellent, in fact we would have had to stay another week and not run out of variety. Complimentary bikes also a great inclusion

Superbe hôtel au milieu des rizières, 15mn à pieds du centre-ville. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner correct. Très calme, parfait pour le repos.

We were rushed through check in and rushed to our room. Asked for 1 hour late noon check out- denied!
The hotel was empty. As we started taking our bags to reception to leave housekeeping woman rushed into the room while we were still in it, promptly flushing toilet that was ready clean. Staff was courteous duri g breakfast but not friendly. Place is beautiful but cold and businesslike to a fault. The staff attitude most likely came from their training, the owner. Never experienced anything like this during 6 weeks of Vietnam travel.in summary, the pictures are accurate, but did not feel welcome.
