Loft Bangkok Hotel

Even the staff wasn't fully ready at 6 am when I arrived. The chef named Mr. Bee see picture made up for it. He made my day and prepared delicious cheese omelette etc for me. Big selection of everything.
I recommend the buffet breakfast to everyone.

We spent two nights at Loft Bangkok Hotel, and it just happened to be during my sister’s birthday. I was so surprised when I asked for an extra pillow, and the reception told us to check the fridge for a birthday cake! It was such a thoughtful touch. My sister was thrilled with the experience. We had stayed at two five-star hotels/resorts in Pattaya before this, and none of them did anything like this. Truly outstanding hospitality.

The staff were all super professional and friendly—they genuinely made us feel welcomed. Their service is on par with, if not better than, many five-star establishments I’ve stayed at.

The hotel itself has a modern Scandinavian décor, perfect for millennial travelers. It’s very convenient, with two lifts and even weight machines for luggage, which was great for us as we were heading back home. The location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk from Pratunam and not too far from Sukhumvit. There’s also a 7-Eleven just two minutes away, surrounded by plenty of eateries.

When I asked them to spray the room due to a slight odor, they immediately offered to move us to another room, which was so kind. Usually, hotel TVs are used for advertisements, but they played K-pop idol music videos, which made the experience more fun and wholesome. Also, the blanket is satin.

The lobby has lots of seating and a café, and they even offer a massage service in-house. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are polite and the room is cleaned every day.

The hotel personal are nice and welcoming

This is a good bar with great service.
It is full glass windows upto ceiling on top of Waldorf Asotria.
Very quiet, clean and a nice evening spend place. A must go it you are looking to spend evening talking with friends and family.
Prices are ok.

Easy transport from the airport to the hotel with the train. Walkable to palladium mall and pratnaum market.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights. It was cozy, very clean, and had very kind and friendly staff. The room was quiet, although our room didn't have a view, but it was OK. Breakfast was OK, and the spa was outstanding. Ultimately, I would come back here if I ever revisited Bangkok.

Clean staff friendly

The hotel team were very courteous and welcoming despite the language barrier. They were extremely accommodating. There are 2 7-Elevens within walking distance and the Pratunam Market was about 15 mins away by foot. We opted for a Tuktuk/taxi as the main shopping malls are quite far away.

Läget är lite udda. Gångavstånd till Pratunam Market och till kanalbåtarna, men endast indiska restauranger i de närmsta kvarteren. Kvarteren är inte osäkra efter mörkrets inbrott, men samtidigt inte de trevligaste kvarteren i Bangkok.

Not bad for one night stay for our flight the next morning. They have a shuttle that drops people off walking distance from nearby malls and night markets. Front desk staff was friendly with good English. Close proximity to metro station.

Nice and clean, polite and cooperative staff

We booked this hotel for 3 gens of woman (lol). Me, my mum and my grandma. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, their service blew our minds.

The Pros
- It was raining quite heavily when we reach late at night. The bellboy immediately took a large umbrella to ferry my grandma who has difficulties walking from the car to the lobby
- They provided umbrella for guests and even remind us to take it as the weather forecast showed that it might rain that day
- Requests was all met, more pillow, an additional chair in the room for my grandma, etc.
- they packed breakfast (fried noodles) for us on our departure day as we had to leave the hotel at 6am for our flight, and even made drinks for us while we waited for our driver

The Cons
- The location is quite deep inside the alley even though a lot of people are around at night, it still felt a bit unsafe for us women
- The buggy driver was not around when we wanted a lift to the main road

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel has 4 stars but it's very difficult to imagine why. The surrounding of the hotel is very messy. All the restaurants (a lot) in the area are Indian, so if you don't like Indian food you have to take a taxi to go somewhere else. The room is not to bad but there is no wardrobe for your clothes or bags. Also no hooks in the bathroom for the towels. The shower had no warm water and is flooding the bathroom when you take your cold shower. The door was stuck and makes a hell of a noise when you have to force shut it. The walls are probably very thin as you can hear all the noises from the hallway and other rooms. Breakfast is a joke. The breakfast room is hughes, a lot of tables without tableclothes, looks more like a conference room. On 2 small tables you find hot water and nescafe or tea, so you have to prepare it yourself. There is a breadtoaster and some slices of bread, jam and butter confections. No fruit or yoghurt, juices, bacon, cornflakes.

Very disappointing, not worth the money. Bed sheets were dirty, hair and stains on the sheet. Hot water system was disfunction and I had to put up with a cold shower! Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful.
