There was nothing to like to be honest
1.) Cockroaches in the room
2.) Bedbugs in bed
3.) Wifi not working
4.) Television not working
5.) You can hear all the street noise

Overnight stay but towels are not provided? Also you have to ask for a tissue as there is non in the room
The location is easy to find. The staff was okay.
There are many cockroaches and there were leaks. The picture and the place is not the same. Such a scam.

Everything is broken and not properly maintain. No soap or shampoo, hot and cold shower not working, the door is broken. plates are not clean and too disgusting. there are lots of cockroaches roaming around, really not comfortable and worst hotel.

although very responsive Redzdoor’s customer service is in Indonesia thus no clue about my inquiry.
It’s advertise as apartelle but in reality it’s a shockingly love motel.
The room has no toilet roll, handwash or towel- all basic but we find asking for them.
The bed sheets and pillow cases are way too old and clearly has seen better days.
There is nothing good in the rooms either, stains on the floor, dirty seat cushion, very dirty curtain, noisy aircondiotion. I am lost for words.
If we were not extremely tired due to lack of sleep we would have run away from this property.
