Very good stay in Porto.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean. The hotel was in a good location.

Cons:

We had a connecting door with the room next door and the soundproofing was poor. However if I could hear them talk, they could hear my husband snore!!

Wir würden daa Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und anderen weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

- Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!
- Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Die Lage ist super, man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass man für den Heimweg immer eine Steigung hat.
- Zimmer modern und sauber
- Wasser und Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer werden täglich aufgefüllt
- Im Frühstücksraum stehen tagsüber kleine Süssigkeiten und Kaffee zur freien Verfügung.

- Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre super

Disappointing stay. I struggled to get much sleep, and thought the place was overrated.
Pros:

Clean and modern room. Good shower. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It’s very noisy. The hotel is next to some bars, which open late (noisy until the early hours of the morning). My room was on the first floor facing the street so I found it hard to sleep on any of the three nights I stayed (Thursday- Sunday).

Also, the breakfast was quite poor and understaffed. On my first morning the place was full at 08.30, but seemed to be only one member of staff trying to seat you, clear up, and refill everything. When I went there was no butter, milk, hardly any cooked food.

The following days were slightly better. But overall disappointing.

Loved every minute of it.
Pros:

Everything - excellent location and such good service. We had an amazing stay - just perfect! Staff were so helpful and lovely little touches like complimentary drinks, coffee and snacks. Really nice hotel and rooms.

Cons:

Nothing! Weather was awful- storms and only regret was that we didn’t get to sample the roof terrace! We will have to return!
