Very nice hotel. The room was very clean very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staffs at reception are very helpful and kind. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar with a view was fabulous. There is always a fruit-infused water to drink at the reception. The highlight of everything is the breakfast, so many varieties to eat. Cakes and pastries are mouthwatering.
The only minus point is the lights in the room were very dimmed.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room had comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. There were bars and restaurants close by, and it was walkable to all the sights in Porto.
The hotel is perfectly situated, surrounded by everything you could need. The rooms are open, well-lit, and feature comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is definitely worth stopping by to fuel up for the day. Overall, a fantastic location!

Nichts
Die Lage ist gut um die Altstadt zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück ist ausreichend nur die Anzahl der Plätze im Frühstücksraum ist begrenzt.
Die Standartzimmer sind klein und haben mit den Werbebildern nichts zu tun. Garderobe im Zimmer gibt es nicht. Handtuchhalter und Ablagen im Bad sind sehr spärlich. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen dadurch ist eine Belüftung des Zimmers eher schlecht.

El hotel no se pone en contacto contigo para decirte que hay que dejar 200€ de garantía… entonces te sorprenden con esa noticia al llegar.
Tampoco me gustó que no limpiaran bien la habitación, no te reponían las toallas, no te reponían los artículos de aseo, ni el agua ni nada.
Tenían supuestamente pastelitos por la tarde, pero no lo reponían si se acababa.
El personal muy amable. Te ofrecen parking por 20€ diarios. El hotel muy céntrico y bien ubicado. Hay copa de bienvenida y merienda todos los días
La habitación era interior y no se podía abrir la ventana por ruido. La cama cómoda pero las almohadas no tanto.
