Camas individuales cuando pedimos una de matrimonio

Cons:

Muy mala experiencia. Habíamos reservado y pagado un suplemento específicamente por una cama doble, ya que queríamos dormir juntas en la misma cama. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con dos camas individuales separadas.

Además de no corresponder con lo que habíamos reservado y pagado, dormir así resultaba bastante incómodo: las camas se separaban y nos caíamos continuamente hacia el hueco que quedaba entre ellas.

Lo comunicamos al hotel y solicitamos que nos cambiaran la cama o la habitación, pero no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución ni hicieron ningún cambio. Nos pareció especialmente decepcionante después de haber pagado un extra precisamente para disponer de una cama doble.

Por el precio y por lo que habíamos reservado, esperábamos que se respetase al menos la configuración de la cama solicitada y que, ante un problema, el hotel intentase solucionarlo. No repetiríamos.

Pros:

Ottima esperienza! L’albergo è in una posizione molto comoda, che permette di raggiungere a piedi i principali siti di interesse. Le camere sono silenziose, pulite e i letti comodi. Un plauso speciale al personale, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Bell hotel situato tra la stazione di sao Bento e il mercato di Bolhao. Abbastanza vicino alla metro di aliados. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Fornisce un servizio di car vallet con un parking coperto vicino. Ottima la colazione.
Camera molto spaziosa

Cons:

Il bagno era veramente grande , ovviamente manca il bidet e non si sa dove appendere gli asciugamani. La camera un po' buia nonostante i numerosi punti luce

Een hele fijne accommodatie in een leuke wijk
Pros:

Een hotel waar je je echt welkom voelt. Het is heel gastvrij wat in verschillende dingen tot uiting komt. Wij hadden denk ik een upgrade met 2 douches pal naast elkaar in 1 cel. Heel leuk. De kamer en douches zijn netjes en schoon en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is ook prima in een leuke ruimte. Wij verbleven al eerder in een Moon&Sun hotel elders en hebben fijne ervaringen hiermee met deze keten.
De ligging is ook fijn in een buurt met veel restaurantjes, koffiezaakjes en bars. Ook zijn Station Sao Bente (trein), station Trinidade (metro naar het vliegveld) en bezienswaardigheden goed te voet te bereiken.
