Un buen hotel
Pros:

El trato, los detalles de bienvenida, desayuno variado y completo. Que tuviera cafetera en la habitación. Variedad de almohadas, silencioso. Bien situado

Cons:

Teníamos un viaje programado para 3 días. Por motivos personales ( nuestro hijo se puso enfermo) tuvimos que abandonar el hotel a las 24 horas. Comprendemos que no nos devolvieran el dinero de l alojamiento pero el dinero del aparcamiento que te cobran 20 por día ,por adelantado , me parece un detalle feo.

Wenn Porto, dann hier übernachten.
Pros:

Als wir mit dem Auto am Hotel angekommen sind, konnten wir sofort einchecken und unser Auto wurde durch einen Mitarbeiter direkt auf einen Privatparkplatz gefahren. Super Service, der in dieser Preisklasse wohl einmalig ist. So konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in Porto sofort geniessen. Die Mitarbeiter n der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn es um Tipps für das Sightseeing geht. Das Frühstück ist hier wirklich erstklassig und der Frühstücksraum hat ein schönes und sauberes Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und es fehlt eigentlich an nichts (außer vielleicht etwas mehr Platz). Oben auf dem Hotel gibts eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Bar, ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Rund um das Hotel sind auch sehr viele Restaurant, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich bin oft beruflich in Hotels, aber so freundliche aber unaufdringliche Mitarbeiter sieht man selten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein, ist aber noch ok.

Emplacement très central mais au calme. Bars et restaurants à proximité.
Personnel très disponible et sympathique.

Fabulous.
Pros:

The property was centrally located, it was clean and modern, the beds were really comfortable with good pillows, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca del ayuntamiento y de la zona de bares

Cons:

No teníamos sitio para colocar las maletas, no había más que una banqueta pequeña y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en el suelo

Cons:

Couloir un peu bruyant, surtout au premier étage du fait de la proximité avec la reception.
Il pourrait être bénéfique de fermer la porte du couloir le matin.

Pros:

La habitación limpia, con todas las comodidades. El personal super amable y atento en todo. Es un sitio pequeño, pero perfecto para unas vacaciones cómodas y para visitar Oporto. El hotel está céntrico, hay muchos restaurantes cerca y las principales atracciones turísticas están a unos minutos andando, aun asi, a las noches las calles estaban tranquilas.

Cons:

La insonorización de la habitación. Se escucha tanto el pasillo como las habitaciones de los lados a través de la puerta que las comunica. No ha sido un problema muy grande, pero un par de dias la musica de los huéspedes de al lado nos despertó, y a la noche la gente que cruzaba el pasillo hablando.
