Relaxing stay in Penticton.
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding. The location is excellent (tucked away in the southwestern part of town so it is very quiet but still just a quick drive to the city centre), The staff are very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms and facilities are great. We really enjoyed the on-site spa (featuring hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and relaxation rooms) and the restaurant at the resort is great as well - tasty food and good service. This place is honestly a rare find. 10/10.

Outstanding facilities and it is obvious this is a well managed property.
Pros:

Cleanliness, layout, excellent facilities (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, wellbeing area), close to restaurant.

Cons:

When going out of the room to the courtyard, there is a step that needs a warning sign or yellow marking as it is a tall step next to a grassy area. Both my husband and I almost fell down.
