I had a wonderful experience at Balcomo, a Ramada by Wyndham. The hotel offers very clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere, the spacious rooms, comfy beds, and friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great, with easy access to local attractions and services, and the outdoor pool, hot tub, and additional facilities are excellent for both families and couples looking to relax. Overall, it’s a top-rated choice in the area with superb service and great value

We stayed two different days each a week apart on our way to and from Sun Peaks Resort skiing.

Pros:

The spa facilities are amazing! I really enjoyed the yoga room, relaxation room, hot tub and sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place for a stay. The wellness centre was AMAZING and well worth it. I will be back!

The rooms were roomy and comfortable and the wellness centre was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Cons:

Though my room was clean, I don't know that it was ready made for me. The bags for the wastebaskets were laid to the side instead of in the bins, there was no information in the room about the facilities and the stay and I wasn't provided with a robe in my room which would have been useful to go between my room and the wellness centre. It was middle of winter/slow season during mid-week though, so maybe these things had been overlooked during a slow time

Best Hotel in Penticton
Pros:

Immaculately clean with nice smelling shampoo/body wash, handsoap and lotion. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious with a good size balcony. The property is gated and so is the rear parking lot which adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.

Cons:

There was no microwave.
