If you're looking to save a few bucks on your work travel, this was a good value option.
Pros:

price was good, and staff was friendly and helpful. It felt pretty clean despite being a bit aged and without frills. Beds were comfortable enough, and bathrooms clean enough so it felt like a decent place to stay

Cons:

with proximity to the freeway and some folks hanging out in the parking lot into the evening, it was a little noisy for trying to sleep, but not intolerable so, and by 11pm or so it was alright. There are no elevators, so if you're traveling with heavy gear you need to have a ground floor room, but staff is mindful to accommodate.

Pros:

They had a decent amount of different choices for breakfast to pick. It was in a great location and took less than 15 minutes to get to all the different things we did.

Cons:

We wouldn't/couldn't use the lounge chair in our room it looked like someone jacked off all over it and my husband found the towel had used to dry off with had paint stuck to it. I also did not care for the spot in the middle of the hallway that felt soaking wet when you stepped on it. The shower head really needs an upgrade and the heating element in the bathroom didn't work.

Pros:

The room was a good value for the price. The area was pretty good. Only saw one homeless person around the hotel.

Cons:

The jacuzzi didn't seem to have the best agitator and was very splashy. The shower head in the room was very low. If you stand 5'10" or higher, you're gonna have to bend down.

Adequate.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I always love making the waffles. Room was large and easy to get to.

Cons:

The motel is definitely showing it's age. Some stuff is wearing out and ragged. But, you get what you pay for. Seemed clean enough.

Did not eat due to dirtiness of hotel

Cons:

clean room. curtains had spots on them. lamp shade had splatters on it. bathtub had black mold in jets. Floor was dirty, socks black. afraid to use coffee pot due to mole in rub. ice container middle had black mold/stains on it. only 1 ice maker working. could not get ice. the one not working was molded
