Amazing, I’d go back to this hotel.
Pros:

Location was great, near 7-11 and a family mart for convenience. Close to the subway too which was great. Rooms were always cleaned, breakfast was amazing 👌

还可以，交通方便，唯一心里不舒服的就是被褥看起来有点旧，上面不干净。
Pros:

这里离心斋桥很近，比较方便，我们每天都可以去逛一逛。门口就是便利店，也非常方便

Cons:

房间比较小，行李不太好放。主要是床铺上面有头发，还有一些黑，对于这方面有要求的我，心里不太舒服，幸亏带的一次性的被套。

Location the hotel by same name in Tokyo was great but the one in Osaka terrible

Cons:

Room was very dirty, we had to move out to another room, rooms are super small no space for luggage, no place to put clothes had to climb up to enter restroom,staff was rude

If you prioritise location and good service over spacious luxury, Bespoke Hotel Shinsaibashi is a great choice. It’s especially ideal for solo travellers, couples, or small groups who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the room.
The hotel is very central and convenient — just a 5–10 minute walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street, subway stations, countless restaurants, and nightlife. There’s also a convenience store directly across the road for late-night snacks.
Staff are friendly, multilingual, and always willing to help. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, luggage storage, and a 24-hour front desk. Rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained, and there’s a lovely lounge area near the entrance where you can relax and unwind.

Cons:

Rooms (especially for multiple beds) are very small, with little space to move or open luggage, but that was fine since I spent most of my time exploring instead of staying inside my room.

Da sogno, è super vicino al centro di OSAKA
Pros:

La struttura era centralissima al centro ed alla movida di Osaka. Le stanze non sono grandissime, ma noi con 2 valigie large e 2 trolley ci siamo adattati alla perfezione.

Had a great time
Pros:

Hotel was in an amazing location - could walk pretty much anywhere!
Hotel itself was wonderful- clean and modern. The room itself was small but just what we needed.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a little nicer.
Shower was definitely small.
