It is a fine hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is the best, 400 m from the Asakusa temple and also close to the Skytree.

Cons:

The ventilation was not as silent as it could be. Even if the room is free, you cannot enter not even 5 min before 5 pm.

Peaceful, quiet, private, and gracious service with a smile.
Pros:

Location is convenient being next to Sumida Park and not far from Tokyo Skytree.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wir haben ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tokyo Skytree bekommen. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr groß und mit Whirlpool. Das Zimmer ist pro Nacht relativ günstig. Viele zusätzliche Utensilien. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat relativ alt gerochen und war auch sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Die Matratze sah sehr unhygienisch aus.

Inoubliable, et au-delà de nos espérances !
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, et personnel ADORABLE !! Les réceptionnistes étaient très gentilles et n’ont pas hésité à utiliser Google Traduction pour communiquer avec nous. Elles ont pris nos besoins en compte, et étaient très souriantes !

L’hôtel est très bien placé car situé près de la rivière Sumida, et à proximité des temples et rues commerçantes d’Asakusa, tout en étant dans un endroit calme, et pas loin de différentes stations de métro.

Pros:

Despite the lack of air ventilation, the staff did try her best to find alternative but at the end was unable to make arrangements

Cons:

My room's AC did not ventilate or circulate comploetely, especially towards the bed side. So I was unable to sleep at all that night, I tried to keep the windows open but only hot air was coming in. I asked the staff if a fan can be provided to me but they was unable to provide one.
