Bellissimo Hotel ma occhio alla testa!
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal tempio Senso-ji e dalla metro/autobus per portarti facilmente in tutta Tokyo. Il personale è accogliente, disponibile e super carino. Ogni sera ci hanno regalato una scatola di dolcetti/snack veramente buoni e inaspettati! La camera era esattamente come descritto, con anche il piccolo balconcino con affaccio diretto sullo Sky Tree

Cons:

Niente di grave, ma essendo io alto quasi 190cm non passavo nelle porticine del bagno e dell'anticamera e quindi dovevo sempre fare attenzione ad abbassarmi

Non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check out neppure a pagamento.
Abbiamo dovuto cercare uno store luggage nel quartiere di domenica quindi alcuni erano chiusi e gli altri pieni.

Pros:

It was quiet, convenient and the staff was nice. It's a love hotel so very discreet. The room felt like a trip back to the 80s or 70s in terms of design.
Very close to Senso-ji and quite close to the Ginza subway line. The walk along the Sumida right next to the hotel is lovely.

Cons:

If you don't book in advance, there might not be non-smoking rooms available so it can smell like tobacco.
Also, the window doesn't open completely because of the bed but maybe it's for discretion.

Lovely staff, amazing location.
Pros:

Great location, spacious rooms, huge jacuzzi in our bathroom, nice view off balcony of the sky tower, so clean and so many extra amenities including straighteners, face washes etc

Cons:

Quite dated decor and not enough lighting in the room. The balcony you couldn’t really stand on it comfortably. There was a slight smell of smoke in the hotel but I think there are smoking rooms so it must be from them. It is a love hotel so some people come there just for an hour or two but that didn’t affect us really as tourists just looking for a base.

Un petit hotel confortable au style spécial où l'on est bien accueilli.
Pros:

Emplacement assez proche d'Asakusa mais plus proche de la rivière Sumida. La réceptionniste est fantastique et aide beaucoup même si elle ne parle pas vraiment anglais. Très gentille et accueillante. Pas de bruit des autres clients. Chambre assez grande pour Tokyo, avec salle de bain très appréciable (pas toute petite comme ailleurs) et lit confortable. J'y reviendrai si possible.

Cons:

il n'est pas tout à fait évident de trouver l'entrée qui se trouve sur la rue face à la rivière Sumida mais dans un renfoncement caché donc peut être que mettre un petit panneau en anglais pourrait aider. Le reste est vraiment très bien.

Magnífico alojamiento. La habitación estaba genial. Cama cómoda, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario para facilitar una estancia de lo más confortable. Destacar la amabilidad del personal y la buena ubicación.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es agradable, excepto una camarera que le pedí ayuda en una cosa sobre la habitación y me insultó en japonés ( pensando que no la entendería), además daban regalos casi todos los días y eso de agradece.

Lo que no me gustó fue que no pasaban a limpiar la habitación durante la estancia

Good value and perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is very accessible its about 8mins walk to Asakusa station, if you’re coming from the airport you can take the stair free access with lift at exit A2 B if you have big luggages. There are lots of shops nearby like Don Quijote, Seiyu Grocery, etc. 7-11 is just 3 mins walk and also there is a Laundromat 4mins away where you can do wash and fold. There is a park just outside the hotel so i don’t miss my morning walk/run. There’s a good view of Skytree. Despite being a love hotel , it is actually of good value for money - the room is very spacious enough for 4 massive luggage and amenities are complete: toilettries including facial items, loofah, toothbrush, towels, balt salts, jacuzzi. The reception is really nice. Towels can be changed and room cleaned daily on request.

Cons:

They don’t clean the place automatically unless you request for it, but this is understandable as it is a love hotel and they are giving people privacy hence they will wait when you ask them to clean and when they can enter the room.
