All in all, i had a good night's sleep andd i didnt have to wake up early coz it is near my seminar

The property is near Maimpis Government center. There are parking spaces.

Cons:

The property is undergoing renovations. My room altho its clean,it has this unpleasant smell when you enter the room..

We couldn't hear cockerels!
It was good to have the use of a microwave and fridge. The staff were nice.

Very bad, never again!!!!!
Pros:

Location not convenient, secluded, noisy, dogs barking in the background, paints in the room peeling off, shampoo, conditioner canisters broken & empties. Free h20 bottles a plus , free 3-1 coffee but no hot h20, no kettle available.

Cons:

Requesting extra sheets , but was told we need to pay 100 pesos per sheet. What!!!!!!
