Beautiful hotel with great service and lovely finishes. Less touristy area but very accessible to all the sites of Venice.
Highly recommend and will definitely return.

It’s the middle of a scorching European summer. It’s also 2025. This hotel would be perfect if it had air conditioning in the common areas.

Our stay at this beautifully decorated hotel in Venice was nothing short of amazing. Nestled near some of the city’s best museums and art galleries, it was the perfect location for a cultural getaway. Every detail of the hotel exuded charm and elegance, from the stunning interior design to the welcoming staff. We were also surrounded by incredible food—authentic Venetian cuisine just steps away. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the magic of Venice in style.

Great location on Zattere waterfront, in a beautifully restored Palazzo with gardens behind to canal. Friendly welcome at reception and I appreciated early check in. My room was small but stylish and well-designed with a spacious shower room (lovely bathrobe!). Very good, quiet AC. My room was overlooked, but had no privacy screen/curtain/shutters which would be a huge improvement instead of having to close the curtains. Breakfast served in restaurant area or outside in garden - selection from a menu rather than a buffet, service pleasant but slow.

Beautiful in every way. Lovely room with a view, very classy. We stayed in room 103. Very clean room with a nice bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful, jazzy waitress at breakfast, very funny and joyful.

So chic! Incredible property. I had a water-facing room on the 1st level—GORGEOUS with stunning windows and soaring double-height ceilings. Staff was warm and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Hotel was amazing. Beautifully designed. Restaurant & bar are excellent. Rooms were large. Quiet location. Loved everything about it.

Absolutely love staying here… this is my second time. It’s convenient, clean, has a fabulous bar, everyone is friendly, and the design is beautiful & modern. The beds are also very comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chic place to stay in Venice!

Elegant and modern with a lot of style (but no pretension!) - great location on the Zattere with views of the water available, but far from the crowds of San Marco (still very walkable and with great neighborhood restaurants).

Excellent value for money in an expensive city!!
