Cons:

방의 크기는 컸지만 샤워 부스 도어 앞의 발매트는 문을 여닫을 때마다 끼었고 화장실 문은 세면대와 겹쳐져서 불편했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 여행가방 픽업서비스 시간을 전날 예약했음에도 잘 지켜지지 않아서 실망했습니다. 싱가포르 래플즈의 좋은 기억으로 선택한 호텔이었는데 다른 느낌의 호텔이었습니다.

Hospitable staff. Comfortable stay in a great room. Superv view of the bay.
Pros:

The staff were all so polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. In particular the butler in charge of our unit, Kathryn, was very helpful and actions wete heartwarming.
Before out stay I had informed the stay was partly to celebrate my wedding anniversary, when we arrived at the room, to my surprise - the decor says “Happy Birthday”. I messaged via the platform on the mistake and laughed it off. But Kathryn took it seriously and appeared at our room to appologize for the mistake and she had indeed prepared in advance an anniversary gift for us - a pair of mugs and 2 luggage tags, a handdrawn card. This is on top of the plate of desserts and bowl of fruits. On the 2nd night, hotel also prepared a hot flask of papaya with hot fungus soup. Truly heartwarming and hospitable. Will recommend to relatives and friends coming to Shenzhen!

Cons:

Only location was abit far off from most of the places we wanted to visit/ eat at. Mostly about 30 mins via ride hailing. Nearest mrt station is also abit far off to walk. For a family of 4, better off to take DiDi which is very afforadable.

Отель для тех кто ценит комфорт и сервис. Молодцы ребята, спасибо за прекрасный отдых!
Pros:

Отличный отель, очень хорошее обслуживание. Annie, Crystal и другие сотрудники были очень внимательны. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, большой и стильный номер. Прекрасный бассейн. Отель в который хочется вернуться.
