Pros:

Мы жили на верхнем этаже на мансарде. Было чисто, тихо, светло, тепло и уютно. Хорошее одеяло, подушки. Чайник и холодильник в номере. Горячая вода. Никаких вопросов и проблем за 4 ночи не возникло. Все понравилось!

Cons:

Завтрак скудный. Одно блюдо на выбор: хлеб, доширак с яйцом, каша овсяная, сосиска с яйцом, булка с яйцом. В общем, мы не ходили на него.

Pros:

Really great stay here. We arrived very late in the night / early in the morning and were able to check in still. Nhu was excellent host and kind. Good space and pool table.

Great stay.
Pros:

It was a great stay and all the staffs are very accommodating. The place actually next to a halal restaurant which is a plus point for me and husband as muslim travellers. Its only 10 mins walk away from the city centre.

Lovely funky friendly little place away from the madness of central Sapa
Pros:

Nice breakfast, nice staff, laundry service very useful, nice area to sit at the front of the Hotel. Nothing seemed a hassle for the team. Overall very good value for money and would reccommend it. Hard to fault it

Cons:

Balconly outside area of our room a bit tired but not a big drama as lovely outside seating at front of Hotel with views to the Mountains.

Short stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, heat setting on the aircon was helpful overnight, breakfast was basic but enjoyable. It had what we needed for a 1 night stay.

Großes, gemütliches Zimmer
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, das immer zugegen war, um Fragen zu beantworten oder zu unterstützen. Großes, sauberes Zimmer mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.

Cons:

Lage etwas weiter weg und bergauf vom Stadtzentrum. Das ist allerdings jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Das Badezimmer ist anders als auf dem Foto dargestellt (weniger modern), aber sehr sauber und mit Duschabtrennung, sodass man nicht das Bad flutet.

・スタッフが親切にいろいろと質問や相談に応えてくれました。
・部屋はとても綺麗にされていて、快適に過ごせました。
・街から少し離れていて、静かな場所だったが、街にも歩いていける距離で動きやすかった。

Cons:

・朝食は美味しかったが、トーストやバインミー、インスタント麺など、ありきたりのメニューで、サパらしいメニューがなかったのが残念だった。
・ベトナムではよくあるが、シャワー使うと洗面所までびちゃびちゃになってしまう。シャワーと洗面所の間のガラスの仕切りをもう少し延ばしておけば大分改善されると思う。
