Tout était parfait du début à la fin !

Parfait ! Tout était impeccable durant notre séjour. Nous avions booké la chambre de tout en haut mais ayant un problème de AC nous avons été relogé en dessus et l’hôte a présenté ses excuses 1000 fois en nous proposant un dédommagement. Très professionnelle et aimable !
Gros coup de coeur pour Sapa mais surtout pour cet hotel ! Merci beaucoup à Anna qui a été aux petits soins pour nous et nous a fait sentir comme à la maison, elle nous a même aidé à booker un sleeper bus. Je recommande x1000000. Hâte de revenir.

Highly recommend, lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely property, our room was comfortable and a great size. Bathroom was nice too, enclosed shower and hot water.
Breakfast was very nice each morning and great to have free water. We also made use of the pool table!
It was 10 min walk to the town centre, was very quiet and peaceful!

Cons:

Our room could do with a touch up, some of the walls were peeling and there was quite a lot of dust in areas.
Also at breakfast they wanted to charge for milk which we thought was quite stingy!

Short and sweet stay
Pros:

This was a last minute booking for just ine night but disappointed it was only for the one night. Very charming property in a great location. Staff were lovely. We arrived late and they made sure all check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed we had was very comfortable, we fell asleep immediately after a long day travel.

The BEST stay in Sapa.
Pros:

Staying here was honestly one of my highlights of Sapa. I had a pretty poor experience my first night in a different accommodation, and when I found Maison de Sapa and checked in, my whole experience of Sapa changed. The staff are so lovely, and helpful. There are excellent facilities, the rooms are big and comfortable and very cute decor. This has been one of my favorite stays in all of Vietnam! They can also help you arrange any trekking tours/guides. Breakfast is great, location is good as its on the edge of town, so mostly quiet but a short walk into town for food etc. The ONLY thing I would suggest is shower screens so the bathroom floor doesn't get saturated after showering, but i cannot fault anything else.
