Great location, but the outdated rooms and poor cleanliness made the stay disappointing!

The towels appeared old and did not smell fresh. The rooms and bathrooms would benefit from renovation, particularly the showers. Unfortunately, the overall standard of cleanliness did not meet expectations.”

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, with plenty of restaurants at your door step. The absolute highlight of our stay at hotel was the beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Rossio Square — it was wonderful to sit and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

The room was spacious, although it felt a little dated and the carpet could use some attention. The hot water temperature in the bath/shower was sometimes difficult to control, and despite having air conditioning, the room still felt quite warm at times.

Breakfast was okay, and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming.

Overall, we had a good stay, particularly because of the excellent central location and,view from the balcony.

Couldn't fault this hotel comfy beds lovely staff guy on reception took time to recommend things to do places to see even book day trip for our group which was lovely.. 10 out of 10 for location right on the square..definitely be back
