Too hot and thermostat did not do anything. Only two settings were off and on, and even off did not help. The room was very dark, and the noise from the street was all day and all night.

Super genoten!
Pros:

Locatie was super, hygiëne was top, en bedden waren super comfortabel. Hele goede hulp gekregen bij de receptie die een hele planning hadden voor wat je zou kunnen doen wat de moeite waard was en tips en tricks over vervoer.

Great location for short city break only.
Cons:

It was very confusing coming into the hotel with no directions how to get to reception. The main door entrance, meets a lift but there are no instructions of where the reception is.
Also we required an ironing board and iron which was provided, however the ironing board didn’t stand up. When we mentioned it to the concierge. He said, we are not a laundry service!! So we ironed on the floor or the bedroom.

Localização perfeita. Perto da rua Augusta, de estações do Metrô e Bomdinho e proximo ao bairro Alfama.

O café tem poucas opções. Mas em geral é bom.
