Good hotel
Pros:

Cleaned and have a dedicated parking.

I can see the restaurant in the lobby. And can smell the food.

Will not return to this hotel due to poor maintenance and facilities.
Pros:

Sufficient covered parking lots within the hotel compound. Good location -- near restaurants and places of interest.

Cons:

Room key card was faulty and was given a rusty key instead. Room was musty, floor and table tops were dusty. A bottle of complimentary mineral water had already been opened and drunk from. TV was non-functional. Toilet bowl was badly stained. Shower taps did not have hot and cold markings so it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. No dustbin in the room and had to use the one under the sink in the bathroom. No tissue box on the long table and had to use the single toilet roll instead. No mini fridge.

Cons:

Cleanliness is the most crucial part in any hotel! Here it is missing and need to improve a lot.
TV is very old and not even have volume. I was literally persuaded by looking at exterior view and interior was bad.

1. Bad customer service from OYO call centre ie hung up the phone while customer still query on her unclear answer.
