Pros:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione ma il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile a risolverlo.
Residence situato in una posizione facilmente raggiungibile, ma lontano dal traffico della statale. Parcheggio gratuito.
Appartamento ampio, dotato di tutto il necessario, nuovo, modernamente arredato.

Ammetto di aver prenotato dalla macchina senza aver letto che l'accettazione avveniva fino alle ore 22.00. Sono arrivato, purtroppo alle ore 00.00. Il telefono cellulare del Check-In era acceso ed ho chiamato, senza risposta, dopodiché è stato spento ed io sono rimasto fuori. Mi hanno comunque fatto pagare la notte dopo che ho chiesto espressamente di darmi una mano e non addebitare. Capisco le regole ma Residence DA EVITARE per i viaggiatori.

Doccia con incrostazioni, mobile nel bagno vecchio, presenza di macchie di umidità nella stanza, piano cottura malmesso.

Appartamento monolocale completo di tutto,parcheggio facile, vicinanza a San Marino centro pur restando a l'entrata della repubblica.

Cons:

Letto e cuscini un poco scomodi per i miei gusti. Troppo morbidi. Ma é soggettivo.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Preiswerte Unterkunft mit großen sauberen Zimmern (inkl. Kitchenette) und Parkplätzen. Kurzer Weg zur Autobahn. Besetzte Rezeption auch zu später Stunde.

Cons:

Das historische Zentrum ist weit weg, was bei der Buchung aber bekannt war.
