We liked the location and the design of the apartments. The bed was very comfortable and all the facilities were very easy to use.
Just the fact that we couldn't open the windows. The room was very clean, it was just for the fact to have fresh hair.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The mini apartment was large with plenty of plug sockets. The kitchen was fully functional. The wardrobes were large with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was large, and the shower amazing. Downstairs was a gym which had all the necessary equipment for fully body workouts and strength training. Next door was the best coffee house in sydney - lost and found - their food was amazing too. Easy access to North Sydney train station and from there to Central which will take you anywhere.
Shortly adter arrival we were told our room was ready, but when we went up to the room we had to wait another hour. Admittedly the reception was shocked ans did her best to try and resolve it.
The clocks in the apartment were all showing the wrong time because they were out of battery.
The tops of all the doors were coveres in thick white dust. When i was hanging newly washed clothes over the door the dust stained my clothes.
The washing machinw was good, but didnt dry our clothes. The dryer element was difficult to workout. There were no instructions...so we had to waste time googling it. The staff did offer to rewash and dry our clothes for us.
The room was missing a clothes horse to hang clothes after washing. It appeared the hotel only had one and we had to wait for another guest to finish. There should be one in every room.
The kitchen was fully functional but missing essentials like jug, fridge containers, tray, saucepans.
Finally the aircon was hit and miss. It was either too hot and blowing or too cold.
Lovely suburban feel neighbourhood, with easy access into city. Modern spacious rooms with excellent self-catering amenities. Friendly efficient staff with great client service attitude.

The location a few steps from the metro station was the highlight as it provided efficient connectivity to Sydney and NSW.
The facilities viz kitchen and bathroom are fairly new and well maintained. Appliances are good quality.Room cleaning was offered daily and we returned to a tidy apartment. Staff were all responsive and obliging.

Close to the metro. Lots of great places for dinner nearby. The cafe at the front is amazing! Staff was lovely.
Super clean and comfortable and nice gym and sauna
Breakfast downstairs was delicious and location was great being close to the marathon start line and train station.
More coffee and tea.
