Pros:

Die Lage im belebten North Sydney war super, mit einer U-Bahn Station und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Das Appartement ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, aber wirklich perfekt waren die Mitarbeiterinnen an de Rezeption. So unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal zu welcher Tageszeit! Topp Service!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage konnte die heißen Tage dann irgendwann auch nicht mehr ganz bewältigen, aber es war noch auszuhalten.

Excellent location and we would happily stay here again

Located very near to a pub, a restaurant and a well-stocked IGA and within 5 minutes stroll to public transport (metro, train and bus). In addition, a Woolworth's metro and BWS only 1 block away along with other bars and restaurants in the area. Staff were without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed use of the basic cooking facilities in the room. Parking was directly behind the hotel. We normally stay around Circular Quay or in Manly and pay quite a bit more. Because we were so close to public transport we were not inconvenienced by being in a different location.

Cons:

The room was slightly tired, but this was easily overlooked as the cleanliness was of a high standard and the bed comfortable.
It would have been good to have more than 1 sachet a day for the dishwasher.
It is worth noting that North Sydney is set on a hill, it's a gentle incline which I was able to manage but maybe an issue for wheelchair users or anyone with reduced mobility.

Das ist wirklich schwer zu sagen, da sehr viel nicht gestimmt bzw. in Ordnung war.

Was ich aber sagen kann, dass das Personal und auch die Managerin sehr bemüht waren eine Lösung zu finden.

Cons:

Wir hatten für insgesamt 3 Tage gebucht und eigentlich auch nochmal zum Ende des Monats als letzte Station unserer Rückreise.

- das Zimmer hatte einen starken Geruch. Zudem war es nicht sauber, Reste von Essen im Geschirrspüler, dreckige Polster an Stühlen und Couch, Essensreste auf dem Boden. Dreckige Fugen im Bad. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht 100%

Wir haben uns dann an die Mitarbeiterin gewendet. Diese zeigte uns dann andere Zimmer (es waren nur kleinere Verfügbar) einige rochen auch und dann eins welches akzeptabel für eine Nacht war. Uns wurde dann angeboten am Nächsten Tag ein Zimmer unserer gebuchten Größe zu bekommen.

Dieses Zimmer bekamen wir dann auch. Leider immer noch mit nicht gut gesaugten Böden und auch die Polster an den Stühlen waren dreckig. Als wir dann um 21:30 im Bett lagen fing es an Extrem nach Frittierfett zu riechen. Also erneut an die Dame an der Rezeption gewendet und diese auf das Zimmer gebeten um selbst zu riechen. - Ihre erste Frage ob wir gekocht haben, was ich schon recht frech fand. Wir sagten ihr, dass dies inakzeptabel sei u d unter diesen Umständen würden wir das Zimmer nicht nehmen. Sie meinte auch, da kocht halt jemand anderes. Meine Vermutung ist, dass die Filteranlage nicht korrekt funktioniert.

Leider war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar und wir entschieden uns das Hotel zu verlassen und selbständig ein eigenes Alternativ Hotel zu finden.

Hier ist so einiges im Argen, wir haben allerdings im Nachgang lediglich eine Nacht bezahlt (das hatte ich so angeboten) und der Rest wurde uns zurückerstattet und die Buchung zum Ende des Monats kostenfrei storniert.

Ich hoffe das Andere diese Erfahrung nicht machen müssen.
