Very poor advertising compared to what is supplied

Location to the hospital

Cons:

I booked as it was advertised that there was underground parking onsite, once booked the confirmation showed parking was additional cost and a distance away. I called and was told possibly I could get allocated parking underground, but it was mostly reserved on request. even when requested due to accessibility after surgery that I would need it, quest did not supply accessible parking we needed up having to not stay the night after surgery and go elsewhere. Beds were itchy aswell like bites although couldn’t see anything in the sheets.

Great place to stay in North Sydney and only 25 minutes walk to Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Pros:

The staff in the Quest North Sydney were excellent! We could single out Josh for extra praise, but the whole team were engaged with the customer, genuinely friendly and helpful.
The apartment on the third floor had a view to the front of the building onto Miller Street, was spacious and comfortable. It was also very well equipped and serviced daily.

Cons:

There is a slight issue with the air conditioning which can squeak and rattle on occasion. This is dependant on mode settings and only really noticeable when the rest of the room is quiet. Noise insulation to outside and neighbours is good.

Pros:

Close to transport, quiet and had laundry facilities and kitchen

Cons:

Not what was represented on booking.com site. And that neither booking.com or Quest followed up on our complaints and concerns.
