Amazing Clean guesthouse with friendly owner
Pros:

Very conveniently located near the centre of Kutaisi. Very friendly owner who will sort any issues you have and do washing for you for a fee etc. very good cooking facilities in a shared kitchen between I believe 2 or 3 rooms, everything my you could need in there. Great room itself, very clean and comfortable and a very good shower and bathroom.

Расположение. Рядом Самеба, рынок, супермаркет. Дворик милый, где можно поесть, стоят столики. Мы забыли вещи, все сохранили и вернули. Удобная кровать.

Уставший ремонт, мебель. Сантехника тоже требует замены.

Местоположение, персонал.

Cons:

Всё старое и уже потрёпанное, в душевой двери без ручек и еле еле открываются, розетки некоторые не работают, некоторые еле держатся. Жили на третьем этаже, горячую воду приходилось дожидаться пока дойдет.

Hotel sa nachádza na výbornom mieste, neďaleko stanice metra a s pešou dostupnosťou ku katedrále a do centra mesta. Je to výborná možnosť pre cestovateľov, ktorí chcú predovšetkým spoznať Tbilisi a jeho okolie, izba je zariadená jednoducho, ale účelne. Personál je priateľský.

Cons:

Zostali sme nakoniec 4 noci namiesto 2. Ocenili by sme, keby nám prišli v rámci pobytu upratať izbu.

Pros:

Auskoht on suhteliselt hea ja väljast jätab hotell meeldiva ilme.

Cons:

Vannitoas oli suitsuhais ja hallitus. Ka toas oli seda haisu tunda. Voodilinad olid kulunud, anti ainult 1 rätik. Oli plaan mitu ööd peatuda, aga lahkusime pärast 1 ööd.

Pros:

Всё было замечательно. Цена -качество! Неоднократно останавились в данном объекте и всё всегда хорошо было.
Когда смотрю некоторых отзывов честно поражаюсь : люди хотят самый дешовый и в том числе 5 звезды? Так не бывает.
