Could’ve been amazing! Could’ve given us the head up that the set up had changed

The look and feel was great!

Cons:

All the facilities were non existent. The vibe that was supposed to be in the main lobby/reception had been shut down. It was like being at a rave that the cops just shut down. Couldn’t eat at the dining table…. White ceiling ceramic constantly falling from arch way brick work. See photo

Overall a wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Wonderful apartment, spacious and clean. Very unique building. Availability of free snacks and drinks was a lovely touch.

Cons:

We couldn’t get into our room on time due to the venue being very busy but we felt that some guests might have been favoured over others due to the presence of influencers who were obviously in the city for the Brit awards. We did express that we weren’t happy and so it seemed that extra staff were sent to help finish cleaning our room. We got in half an hour late. I think it’s wrong to assume that just apologising and saying the room will be an hour or an hour and a half late in being ready is enough. Every guest should be valued and treated the same - we all pay the same! Luckily staff seemed to realise this and remedied the situation. The staff were friendly and did their best.

Gorgeous place, would live there if I could.
Pros:

Beautiful apartment. Lots of space. Could happily live there! Had everything you need and even well equipped for self-catering.
Comfy bed, good shower and toiletries.
Staff very friendly.
Great location.

Cons:

It’s a temporary issue but renovation downstairs felt like we were having breakfast somewhere that wasn’t open. To be fair the staff said we could have a refund if we weren’t happy with the grab and go breakfast but we had coffee, nice pastries and juice and I think we paid a lower price because of renovation works.
Would come back for a longer stay in which case access to a gym would be good.
