Love the location to the station and the majority of the city is walkable from here
Renovations going on which I wish they’d told me before I got there. Restaurant and bar closed, only 1 lift in operation so long waiting times
The apartments are huge with enormous comfy beds. The location is brilliant, very close to Piccadilly station and the Northern Quarter.
The reception and good offering was being refurbished which was a shame for us but will be great once finished.
Great value and very spacious. Amazing old building with beautiful aesthetic and comfortable too.
Only criticism really is that it is quite dark - lighting is atmospheric but not the best when trying to get ready. Also the extractor fan is very loud and unavoidable when using the loo.
Love the native always stay here when in Manchester , rooms are perfect, clean , spacious and in good location what more would you want
Can’t say there isn’t anything I dislike about native
Excellent location. So central for everything. Property is impressive. Our room was exceptional. Huge, comfortable bed, lounge and well equipt kitchen with everything you could need.
The back stairs of the building was grubby and didn’t smell good. The apartment was very dimly light. Could have done with a brighter light. Breakfast was extremely poor and not at all value for money. Very limited choices. I chose pancakes and they were stone cold. When I asked for them to be warmed I was told ‘well that’s how they are delivered’. His solution was to put the whole box, compote, cream as well into the warmer! He brought them over 15mins later. Compote and cream like soup and pancakes still stone cold. We were ‘allowed’ one pastry only! He even tried to chase after a customer because they had dared to help themselves to a second pastry. I’ve never ever been to any hotel where you were so strictly limited to what you could have for breakfast. Coffee machine was the slowest piece of machinery I’ve ever used to only get half a cup.
Fab warehouse conversion, everything was cool and top quality. Great location with free city circular buses outside Piccadilly.
Everything was dark inside, paintwork and low energy lighting, but that is the vibe.
One of the two lifts is out of order. Disabled lift is out of order. Room 220: bathroom sink popup plug broken, extractor fan not working, shelf in shower removed. Breakfast at 08:30: no pastries - told they hadn’t been delivered. Coffee cups - told there weren’t any because they were all dirty.
Location, style of property, ease id entry, easy breakfast with lots of choice
Liked it all
Great appartment. Easy to find, parking near by. Lots of space. Mega comfy bed.
Not enough lighting near mirrors for getting ready
Location brilliant ,large room with kitchen comfy bed
The place was beautiful and lovely — we absolutely loved the aesthetics and the way the room was set up. We stayed in a studio suite and it felt like such a cozy retreat. The exposed brick wall, the complementary colour palette, and the large windows all came together perfectly.
A special mention to Debbie, our room keeper, who was always there to help and made sure everything was prepared and that we were happy throughout our stay. She is an absolute star.
The price could have been a bit more reasonable, especially when booking for two nights.
Beautifully converted building (really cool), perfect location (close to Picadilly and Northern Quarter), great value (stayed Sun&Mon), staff were so friendly and helpful.
Would 100% recommend to stay here.
All good
Everything
Sadly this time there was no restaurant or bar and that wasn’t advertised when booking but we still love this place
My room was lovely, large, spacious with high ceilings, wet room, comfy bed, really nice, would stay here again
Breakfast was as expected as I think the kitchen was closed so was a bit disappointing and there was only 1 lift working which caused long waits for guests
