Pros:

Great location by the river.
Room was very comfortable and warm.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel was very rough and needed a lot of work, looked like rooms that are no longer used, however inside the hotel and the staff were totally fine

The rooms were great.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

The staff at check in was not very welcoming and she was training someone at the time. Not a good example. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
