Lovely comfortable hotel - staff on reception very friendly!
Pros:

The welcome from Lynette was outstanding! She is such a lovey lady and a true credit to your hotel!

Cons:

The balcony could do with some attention - feels a little unsafe out there!

It was great.
Pros:

Location. Comfortable beds. Good view from one of the rooms we had overlooking the river.

Cons:

Parking can be limited when busy. Restaurant was booked out so pays to book that in advance.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. My husband and I are both vegan and there are not enough plant-based options on the breakfast menu.

Seeing online recommendations for vegan options for dinner, we tried to go to "Jimmy Chews" but we were turned away. The restaurant was completely empty and there appeared to be only two staff out front. We were told that they were doing only room service or takeout and that the plant-based items we saw on the online menu were not available. Very disappointing!

Cons:

Would have loved to try the restaurant. It's not that hard to "veganize" many dishes, so having that option would make it more attractive to more people.

Cons:

There is NO air conditioner yet the room faces west with the sun heating the room at one stage to over 30C. There was a $2 fan used to rotate the hot air around the room. Thus, the poor score. Breakfast was fantastic. It just was not in the hotel but around the corner in a cafe.
