Honestly, the error was on my part for double booking - Staff was SO kind and gracious helping us out and getting everything cancelled.
We were there late July ... It is now late August. Whoever is the lead/main manager has been "out of the office for some home issues" for over a month. I've been calling and trying to get her to log-in to the external software and click a button to get my refund. Every time I call (which is a lot) she's been "unavailable" "sick" "issues with her home" etc. I hate leaving poor reviews but really - train someone else to issue refunds? I really hope this woman is ok, truly. However, I really need my refund issued. No other staff person has authorization to do that. Very frustrating.

Perfect location for the sightseeing that we had planned
I arrived earlier than expected, so they sped up to give us our room sooner than the check in time. The room was very nice and we felt very comfortable. I also enjoyed the free coffee.
I noticed the toilet had a dirty spot under the seat, so I was going to wipe it off. When I lifted the toilet seat, the bottom of the seat was extremely dirty. It hadn't been cleaned for us, as we had just arrived. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles located on the shower wall were not refilled so they were pretty much empty and there were three of us. Luckily, we brought some of our own.

The breakfast was VERY good!! The beds were comfy!! Pool is heated!! Very clean all over !

Il faudrait ajouter un distributeur de gel douche dans la baignoire (il existe déjà un distributeur de shampoing et un distributeur d'apres-shampoing).
