En Recepción una dama que traía a su Bebe muy amable, nos resolvió inmediatamente cambio de Habitación al día siguiente ya que habua un ruido muy fuerte de un Aparato en el Techo.

Cons:

La Persona que nos recibió en la noche trato difícil, nos dio habitación en una Habitación con un Aparato en el techo muy ruidoso. Y nos decía que era la única habitación.

En el Desayuno.la persona encargada rara y grosera nunca contestaba lo que se le pedia qué faltaba y duraba mucho en poner los faltantes como café, tortillas etc.

Falta Mantenimiento en áreas comunes y en algunas zonas descuidadas

Pros:

It was a nice place to stay. Definitely run down a bit.

Cons:

This place is like a maze. It's easy to get lost. Signage is also confusing when there is a sign. But there needs to be more signs for where the stairs are, where vending or ice machines are. Entry doors need to be clearly identified and illuminated. It needs some maintenance.

Smelled like mariguana inside the room, everything felt damp, bed was sinking in the middle of the mattress, half of the bathroom floor was carpeted, very dirty and smelly.
