Je n’y retournerai pas

Le fait qu’on nous ai surclassés
La façade de l’hôtel est belle

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner… vaisselle sale! J’ai réussi à avoir une tasse propre au bout de la 7ème choisie! Les tables étaient collantes et les plats n’étaient pas remplis au fur et à mesure, aussi il manquait beaucoup de choses ( un seul fromage, pas jambon rouge, une seule baguette…) et le service n’était pas bien.

Una amplia habitación muy cómoda
Pros:

la habitación era increiblemente amplia y con bañera y ducha y el jardín para tomar algo muy agradable. Para mi gata todo facilidades y un platito portátil de regalo que me será muy útil!

Cons:

Al llegar había varias convenciones de empresa con muchsísima gente registrándose, hicimos una cola larguísima para ser atendida en uno de los dos puestos de recepción y al llegar al final nos indicaron que debíamos hacer cola en la otra fila, tuvimos que hacer cola de nuevo, en caso de querer reservar uan de las dos filas para convenciones de emepresa estaría muy bien indicarlo con un cartel o algo que pueda ahorrar esta incomodidad a los huéspedes que no van a la convención. La persona que nos atendió en este momento no fue nada amable, pero todo el personal que nos atendió después sí que lo fueron.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Cold water fountain was greatly appreciated in 40 degrees heat and aircon was good in 2 of our 3 rooms. Nice decor in the rooms, large beds and big tv. A few good places to eat nearby and approx 10 mins to the tram.

Cons:

For one of our rooms, there were noisy guests next door - not helped by a connecting door. Also, the aircon was less effective in this room. No access to the apps on the tv was a shame.

Pros:

Good location, within 10 minutes of the heart of Chartrons. Room was clean.

Cons:

Our superior room was sweltering. We complained and were told that the “air conditioning” was working at 23 degrees and they couldn’t go any lower. It was at least 35 all night and neither of us could sleep for several nights. It was also poorly soundproofed and there was a construction site next door that started drilling at 7am - not ideal after several sleepless sweaty nights.

We enjoyed the hotel for a week family vacation, but it seems to cater to bus tour groups.
Pros:

airco in the room was very good; very helpful receptionist Liam from Syria; nice lobby; good parking garage

Cons:

mattress was sagging in the middle, where people have most weight; it made my back hurt; the daily servicing of the room was very inconsistent. Sometimes they took away sheets, brought only decaf Nespresso (we want cafeinatted capsules); just gave fresh towels and did not make up the room; did not refill the toilet paper. But when we asked for what was missing, we received it.

Pros:

It was a nice hotel .

Cons:

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very poor meaning it did nothing to help in a heatwave . We were given a fan but given the price we paid we expected better .

A lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff; we would definitely come back.

Great location, with great transport links. It’s quieter than the city centre but there are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Pros:

Vecchio palazzo perfettamente ristrutturato, si trova in ottima posizione per visitare sia lo storico quartiere che la rinominata Cité au Vin. Dotato di parcheggio privato gratuito al coperto. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale. La camera accogliente, pulita, con letto matrimoniale maxi, e bagno con vasca e saliscendi da utilizzare per la doccia, e dispenser con saponi Nuxe. Colazione a buffet dolce e salata.

Stanza molto confortevole, colazione ricca e varia, molto pulita, vicinanza al tram sulla linea per il centro

Cons:

Mancavano dotazioni minime: ciabatte, cuffia doccia, etc. Probabilmente bisognava chiederle, ma mi sarei aspettata di trovarle già in stanza

I would choose a more central hotel if returning
