Great communication and easy check- in.

Paid for two king beds got two fulls. The beds are hard and pillows are lumpy.
Cons:

The pictures are misleading. Looks and feels cheaper than it is. The hot tub is like warm at best and does not have jets that work.

Great hotel, exceptional service.
Pros:

The owners/managers were very nice. They were helpful and let me know the local attractions. It was very hot outside and they made sure the room was cool before check in.
