Will not stay there again! Not clean at all! Breakfast we had to make them fill up the waffle mix and very basic! Not impressed at all!!

The room was ok. The bathroom was absolutely horrible. The toilet was not clean, it did jot flush properly, the towels was rough, the bath tub was not clean, the shower curtain was torn, the door to the bathroom was too big and had wood pieces missing at the bottom and had rust stains on it, one of the beds gad a spring that was sticking up through the mattress, the TV did not work due to internet connection, the carpet in the hall ways was extremely dirty.

Staff was nice enough to my face but told them twice my tv wasn’t working and for the 3 nights h stayed was never addressed or followed up on. Main area is pretty outdated and floors disgusting. The food wasn’t bad decent grab and go style options and waffles but the juice was waaayyy watered down. Room itself not bad but the comforter had distinct cigarette burns in them. Have stayed there a couple times and this was the worse. I am usually pretty chill but it just isn’t worth saving $100 bucks anymore.

Quiet, convenient

Toilet was nasty, cacaroches all over the hotel.

When we arrived at our room. The bed sheets were filthy as well as the pillow case's. The walls to the room were dirty there was bugs in the bathroom crawling on the floor. I asked to have bedding changed it got done the day before we left. Don't think I will be going back. Staff was nice that is the ones you saw.

It was awful!

The shower is amazing!!! I had a hard work out before coming in and the shower has this powerful massaging mode or modes I should say. My rotator cuff was off and my ears weren't popping. Not anymore!!! I can breathe and I feel amazingly popped from my head to my toes!!! Now a great night's sleep in this roomy bed is all a person could ever dream of.....

I've stayed here before. It was good enough for my simple needs then, and mostly good enough this time.

My room had at least two bugs in it. I definitely identified one as a cricket. The other might also have been one. The front desk seemed more interested in explaining than rectifying, so I didn't pursue the matter.

Fortunately, I was far too busy to spend much time in my room.

The free breakfast was OK but didn't have much of what I wanted, but I still went to Perkins afterward.

Next year, I'll reserve a room at a better-rated motel, and reserve earlier, so there will be plenty of choices.

Booked this for the state fair to see a concert for a one night stay, the photos online definitely are not accurate. For the price definitely a rip off. This place is filthy and like a halfway house for long-term living drug addicts and low income, it smells terrible. The room conditions are disgusting unknown stains on the walls, old toothpaste spit in the sink, blood stains on the sheets, and definitely not clean. Contemplated driving hours back home instead of sleeping here or sleeping in our car. We slept on top of the sheets with blankets we had in the car. I came here alone with three kids, so I didn’t want to risk falling asleep driving back from the concert did not sleep well. None of us did because we were fearful of the bugs that may be crawling on us even though I did check for bedbugs. I talked to some mutual friends at the state fair, they said they fell for the pictures too not sure what room that is, but it wasn’t the one any of us stayed in and they had issues with cockroaches When they were there. Would never stay here again.

The lady at front desk was nice. Other than that. The room was DIRTY not something you would want your kids in- toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. There was some sort of dirt in the sink. Looks like the walls hadn’t been wiped down in a minute … disappointing.

I liked how close it was to the Sedalia State fair grounds.

The hotel needed ventilation in the hallways very stuffy mildewy smell, and my girlfriend thinks she got some bedbugs, so needless to say we were not impressed.

I did not expect much from this stay, we only wanted to stay for 1 night.
The checkin was very informal, not very excited to check us in.
The room was not clean and very outdated.

I want a refund. In the door we encounter a spider in the sink. We flush it and the toilet doesn’t flush. No TV working as internet was down. We went to complain but couldn’t check out as the internet was down. They were mad at us for wanting to leave but we stayed as we already had tickets to the Fair.
We were on the second floor with no elevator. The ice machine across the hall did not work. The rates were inflated due to the Fair in town.

The A/C would cool, but didn't remove the humidity. The floors in the bathroom always felt wet. Floor in bedroom sticky. There was trash on the floor in the bathroom when we got there. Breakfast food OK. Our keys stopped working the second day we were there. Had to get reprogrammed.

We left and did not stay, the sheets on both beds were dirty along with the comforter. Dirt and food particles on the floor. Bathroom towels were dirty.

The convenience of the property to where we needed was great. Beds were hard, and the bathroom was pretty small, the tv was not great, couldn't get the channels to change very easily. Overall it wasn't the cleaniness but okay.
