Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista, ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato Vincenzo. Non capita tutti i giorni di trovare una persona così premurosa: ci ha guidati con una videochiamata dalla fermata fino all'ingresso dell'appartamento per assicurarsi che non avessimo problemi. La sua professionalità, unita a una gentilezza fuori dal comune, ha reso il nostro arrivo semplicissimo e piacevole.
Un livello di attenzione al cliente e di professionalità davvero raro da trovare. Tutto perfetto! Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità impeccabile!

Car sur le mur du séjour pièce à coter de la chambre il y avait une infiltration d’eau, l’ odeur horrible surtout dormir avec cette humidité et odeur pas vraiment bon pour la santé
En plus on nous a pas laissé la télécommande pour allumer le chauffage la nuit .
Nous avions demandé une place de parking ( payante à l’intérieur) et quand nous sommes arriver il n’y en avait pas du tout , on a dû laisser la voiture dehors au bord de route .

Alloggi ben arredati ma piuttosto usurati
Pros:

Posizione strategica per poter raggiungere in poco tempo Bologna fiere. alloggi arredati con gusto, parcheggio all'interno della struttura a pagamento molto utile in modo da non preoccuparsi della macchina durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

Alloggi ben arredati ma piuttosto usurati: il piatto della doccia presentava aloni giallastri dovuti all’usura e al calcare; nell’alloggio n. 2 l’acqua della doccia era solo tiepida e non calda. Il doccino della doccia si è staccato a causa dell’usura e del calcare, e le bocchette dei rubinetti avrebbero bisogno di essere pulite dal calcare.

Nell’appartamento n. 2 era presente costantemente un odore di chiuso: consiglierei di utilizzare un deodorante per ambienti e di arieggiare quotidianamente l’alloggio. Inoltre, televisione e frigorifero non funzionavano perché il boiler faceva scattare il contatore.

La pulizia di questi appartamenti può essere notevolmente migliorata e, con alcuni lavori, potrebbero tornare a offrire un soggiorno decisamente migliore.

Inoltre, il ragazzo del check-in è stato molto gentile, ma potrebbe gestire meglio le procedure e l’organizzazione degli arrivi per rendere l’accoglienza ancora più efficiente.

lo espacioso del apartamento!.
con la estación Bologna San Vitale a la puerta para coger un tren y llegar a la Estación centrale en 5-7 min..
La tranquilidad del barrio, sin problema para transitar a cualquier hora.
desde allí al centro de Bolonia, 25 30 min caminando por vía Giuseppe Manserenti y luego vía San Vitale y ya estás en el centro de Bologna.
Día antes de llegar, me contacto Vincenzo, un chico muy agradable, quién había visto mi requerimientos de hacer el check-in más temprano, ya que mi vuelo llegaba a las 08:00 AM. Finalmente fue posible hacerlo a las 10, en vez de esperar hasta las 15hrs., como está establecido.
Resumiendo, buena experiencia!!!!.

Spacious, Updated Apartment Adjacent to Train Station
Pros:

Conveniently located neighborhood property directly adjacent to the Bologna San Vitale train station. Property was very spacious and clean with functional, updated decor. Air conditioning was available for use and kitchen was equipped with all basic needs. Property staff was friendly and flexible as our arrival time changed due to train delays.

Cons:

Overall was very good. Could have used a few additional pillows to improve sleeping comfort. A few extra hangers for clothes would have been helpful too, as our stay was for a week.
