1 time We ordered desert and it was completely dry and when they took it back to fix they change only the waffle but left the same ice cream and it was melted already.

not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel
5-star hotel? Very small pool, impossible to swim in, very poor soundproofing in the room, you can hear everything that happens in the next room.not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel

Location , breakfast, personal.
Location was very nice, straight access to the beach! There are not much restaurants etc around this area so pretty quiet and calm! Staff was very nice and accomodating but the hotel itself needs some upgrading. Please note that if you book this hotel during high tide you cannot walk on the beach as the water levels are too high.
The facilities and the breakfast could have been better.
For facilites the pictures on booking doesnt really match reality. This is a very very small hotel and the pool is also very very small. The first 2 days of our visit the hotel did not put out the pillows for the chairs. The shower in the room you cant use the main showerhead as then you will flood the entire bathroom, you must angle the water in the handheld hose to the wall instead. The lamp from the outside of the hotel corridor shines into the bathroom windows during night. There was the biggest holes in the beach towels that I could fit my fist through, also the sheets had some tears. All was clean, just very well used and in desperate need of some upgrading.
