We were delighted to stay for 5 nights in The Emporium Hôtel. The hotel is located in the center of Zacatecas so it was easy to walk to many of the sites we visited and rideshare cars were readily available for longer trips. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. My husband used the gym and found it to be well equipped and clean. The brunch buffet was outstanding. If we travel to Zacatecas again we will definitely stay at the Emporium.

the fan makes intense sound in the beginning to the extent that it seems like it’s going to fall off.
the bar was noisy beyond midnight and it opens in the courtyard and all rooms can hear the noise
The location is brilliant, no need to worry to be to far or too late because it is located already in the main center.
Perfect if you want to assist to a festival, or a show or just walk around town real late night.
Yes, it is beautiful, but the room quiet dirty with pee smell in the shower, dunno if was the bathroom pipe or definitely wasn´t well cleaned. Beds werent bad but at first sight didn´t look as I expected (considering the price and the name of the Hotel) Quilts with wear and lint.
It is a Hotel that looks like has great standars, not really pricey considering the city where it is, but pricey if you compare hotels in surroundings.
Cleanliness, no weird smell as you enter the facility. Customer service was phenomenal 👏. Breakfast was delicious!!! Close to everything
